Best quality of uniformed service staff. I appreciate them.

The gymn was excellent so it was tbe spa, paying extra to use the spa was worthy. The buffet was excellent, bed was comfy. All the staff was very helpful. Location was perfect for my first time visiting Seoul by myself, I felt safe and walked everywhere. The hotel was very nice and modern plenty of olaces to eat nearby and shopping as well. Loyte food court was withing ealking dustance abd jas plenty of tasty pastries and food. .

The room was newly renovated and very modern. It is a big hotel but was not crowded when I stayed.

We had a wonderful time, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and close to many tourist attractions. A holiday of a lifetime.

There are lots of places by walk.

All the staff at the hotel were very helpful. Especially Mr. Steven, who was caring, kind, and helpful in answering any questions I had. It made my first trip to Korea a good experience. I would stay at this hotel again next time.

Old average hotel with really small rooms. It does not have sauna included even if it says it’s included.

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff, well equipped gym, great views, and easy to access location. I will definitely book another room here in the future!

Parts of the hotel are undergoing renovations, and even though the staff tried their best by giving me a high floor room, the noise and vibrations could still be felt. If you're a light sleeper you're not going to have a good time... Loved the location and staff though!

Hotel is situated in an excellent area. All staff are soooo wonderful and knowledgeable Btw, what is VIP access, did not experience it.

Very good hotel with a fantastic staff

Réception and concierge are very nice, friendly and useful. Very good hotel well located. Only down side is the restaurant, poor quality of breakfast, pastry are not up to the level of this hotel. An effort is needed on the F&B quality including staff friendlyness

We were in this hotel 4 nights on our way home from The Pacific. The location was absolutely fine, with the shoppingcenter, restaurants and museums close by. The rooms were quite comfortable and had everything one would need. The service in the lobby was extremly good. But: The room seemed a bit smallish for all our luggage although we had a premier suite. An extra rack for the luggage would be good. We usel the floor which is uncomfortable. Some renovation was going on, which did not disturb us since we were in the 15th floor. Some kind of demonstration was going on on both sides at the hotel entrance outside. Why I gave only 4/5 stars is because we tried to have dinner in two of the hotel’s restaurants but they were fully booked. We could not even book a table for the next day. The room service did not have a full a la carte menu. We were very disappointed not to be able to have dinner in the hotel. However there were several restaurants, even Michelin star restaurants next door in other hotels, so we were quite satisfied in the end.

Stayed over Christmas and views of the Plaza covered in snow were wonderful. Hotel was lovely and room was well appointed, although a little disappointed there was no coffee machine. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and definately good value. Very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and helped with luggage as soon as we stepped up to the hotel. Housekeeping could be called to clean your room up until 8pm. Centrally located and subway access under the hotel made it convenient for travel.

Centrally located. Easy walk to a lot of tourist attractions Great luxurious feel Suite was small but good enough Rather affordable for the level of luxury ( 5 stars ) Only thing is FOOD is expensive.

The Plaza staff are exceptionally attentive and caring.

All of the staff were extremely accommodating and always kind. Definitely best hotel I’ve ever stayed and I’ll come back next time I’m in Seoul.

Great atmosphere!

The bathroom shower has moldy grouts and various spots of black mold. The room is quite dark even when we turned on the lights. Every Saturday there are protests in the area so it’s quite noisy. On the positive note, staffs are very friendly. The location is easy from the airport and going to other places.
