Very nice and helpful staff.

Great stay. The building was under construction during our stay, but it didn’t ruin our experience. Put room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is amazing with the beach just steps away. My only critique is the restaurant was very expensive for the quality and quantity of the food options. Everything we had tasted great, but there are better fine dining options in the area for the price point.

Needs more things in the hotel. Bigger pool bar by the pool not inside the restaurant. More activities to do in the hotel.

The property is beautiful. They should disclose that the main pool still has construction around it so it is not open and the rooftop "pool" is tiny and does not have nice views. There is only one elevator so that could get annoying but overall the staff is very friendly.

I like the convenience of the beach, walking distance to local food and the rooftop restaurant. I didn't like the very limited balcony availability.

The hotel is under renovation. Very loud, hotel staff is unprofessional. The gym is horrible. The common areas look dirty and the service is poor. It has good potential but for now the experience is uncomfortable. The manager said they still have more than a year to go for renovations. So I would not recommend it.

This property is not finished being built. We booked rooms with a balcony, and we were not given those rooms because they're still under construction. Beginning around 6:30am, each day until well after 10pm there is jack hammering, cutting, and buzzing happening on several floors. There is only one elevator. The bedframe platform is sharp and jagged and is too large for the rooms so it sticks out. The hotel is definitely not ada compliant. The pool advertised is not finished being built. There is no use of even foot showers for when you leave the beach. The staff is wonderful and professional, but the noise disruption, and spareness of house keeping service items was shocking! I didn't even have a sheet on my bed! My curtains were torn in half, and did not close! There was a flood on my floor. There is no late check out or early check in because the rooms are just not finished so people can stay there. The concept for this hotel is great, but they should be honest about the condition of it, the noise level, and state of the rooms.

The hotel and staff were nice. The rooms were too small for the large platform bed so decided to upgrade to have more comfort but it came at a significant price. Only one restaurant which was pricey and a small selection of food.

Beautiful view

None of the pre booking said there was construction. Very loud hammering and jack hammering on the floor above my hotel room. This went on all day everyday. The door to the hotel room is not sound proof. Can get everything outside the room. People talking clearly, elevator etc. I probably will never stay here again.

The staff was very nice! We loved the room, we stayed in the master suite with a plunge pool. The only thing we didn’t like was the construction. We could hear them working from morning until late at night and only one elevator worked so there was a wait. Other than that we had an amazing time!!

Beautiful place

The staff was friendly, opened to offering recommendations for activities to engage in. Quiet hotel considering it's a family hotel and beach. Convenient to have chairs, towels and umbrella's as part of the hotel amenities. Room was very nice, shower knobs on the modern side of things, so play around with them before calling the front desk thinking there is no hot water. A little construction is going on so you might hear some noise depending the time of day but not for long periods of time. They were working on the rooftop pool area, looks like it's going to be nice (small, but nice) when finished. I would return! This was a Solo getaway for me!

Pros:Beautiful room with warming pool! Great view and perfect location on the beach! Hotel guest get a free chair, umbrella, and beach towels at the beach. Valet is very fast and friendly! Cons:The water in the shower did not stay hot and there was a lot of noise from construction in the mornings. If you are on the 10th floor there will be noise from the rooftop restaurant (dragging chairs…ect..).

The staff was nice the vibe was cute and location was on point!

The room was great, beautiful. Staff was very kind. The only down side is that the building is under construction the elevator shot down a couple of times and we had to take the stairs. (go through a construction site ) One of the pools are closed. The glass was not clear to see the beach few on the one pool that was opened. Hopefully when the other pool is up and running they will renovate that one too. strongly recommend staying upper levels, due to the constructions the levels near the lower remodeling area does smell musty in Dusty. Due to some inconvenience I'd rate a 3.8 out of 5 but I'm pretty sure once the building is complete it'll be a strong 5

Amazing views from the hotel. Construction was loud during the day. Took a shower and came out and there was a big puddle in the restroom and outside. We went out for a few hours and came back and the floor we were staying in was flooded but thankfully the room wasn’t.

Hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful. Staff was helpful and polite. Overall excellent.

The hotel is under construction it is a gorgeous hotel however the drilling noise starts at 7am for almost $500 a night it’s not worth it
