Front desk very nice and friendly, clean hotel and pet friendly so that’s a perk for me on my next visit!

If you plan on using the shuttle service plan on extra time and aggravation. Took 4 calls and 30+ minutes to answer the phone to find out if service was offered. Gave up on landing to get back in touch after 20 minutes and paid for Uber. Hotel needs to remove that it is even offered.

My flight arrived later than the available times for hotel shuttle. Paul arranged a Lyft and called me to be sure I was taken care of and safe as I was traveling solo.

Time for an update or at least a deep clean.

Excellent service clean rooms bed was comfortable and the convenience for location to get to the creation museum and the ark was awesome!!!

Excellent place to stay. Wife and I frequent kings island and we absolutely look for any chance or excuse to get back down to KY so we opted for a 30 minute drive between the park and hotel so we could stay in Florence. We almost always stay in a comfort inn as they are generally the nicest hotel for around a hundred bucks a night and they usually have great breakfast. The staff were super friendly,the room was clean(there were some minor paint stains and blemishes), the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Was a relatively quiet night, the sounds from the Planes helped us sleep. The ac unit worked, but was on its last leg. The fan was whirring in and out but we kinda liked the ambience of it, others may not. Breakfast was terrific here as well, fully stocked, hot, fresh, and a good variety of food and drinks. We will surely be staying here again.
