What a dump. The furniture was dinged up, the shower curtain was broken, the outlet next to the beds didn't work, no smart TVs, and there was a super noisy AC system that wasn't for our room which ran through the wall in our room. It turned off and on all night long and was extremely loud! What a nightmare.

Room was old and ok condition. Friendliness of the front desk staffs was not to my expectation. The snacks and water sells at front desk were so expensive.

Design of the room was weird. There was a living room and bedroom, but you had to go through the bathroom in order to go to the bedroom. If someone was in the bathroom, you couldn't leave the bedroom

Good value for price. The pool is still very cold during summer, it could be slightly heated.

Loved the pool. The layout of the room was weird and inconvenient. If only there was a door closing off the toilet and tub from the rest of the bathroom, then people wouldn't have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Also, the door between the bedroom and bathroom didn't lock. Would be a great place for 1 person to stay alone, but with more than 2 people it was awkward and appears to be a very simple modification would make a HUGE difference for guests. If the bathroom situation was different, I'd give it 4 stars instead of 3. Also, the pull out bed on the couch was horribly uncomfortable. Thankfully my friend lent me his inflatable air mattress.

No teabags in room, or milk. Asked at reception, was told milk only available from the vending machine at a cost of 4 dollars, and it was oat milk only, unsuitable for tea. There was a problem with air conditioning unit in our room, but the maintenance guy sorted it quickly and was very friendly.

It is always a pleasure staying at this property. It is a home-like atmosphere and
they have even incorporated a unique and friendly addition named Myles ( or Miles ) to bring smiles to visitors passing through the lobby. Great job as always....

This was the perfect hotel for our NJ /NY trip. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. The swimming pool was perfect to help cool off. The staff was very helpful in making sure you knew the ins and outs of the hotel. The restaurant staff were nice and helpful. The food was good. The hotel is in a good area not a lot of traffic in the area. Kudos to the cleaning team. We walked in our room and was hit with a fresh clean smell. All in all this was a nice place to stay.

I have always liked to stay at Homewood suites hotels, but this one is a bit run down. The rug in the room is falling apart and lifting from the floor. The edge of the kitchen table was definitely nawed by a dog. A few spots here and there in the room could have definitely used dusting. The couch doesn't have anymore cushion, it is warn out. I can say that Rebecca was awesome 👌. She treated us with lots of patience after having a little problem with the booking.

Perfect one night stop on our way to cruise from Port Liberty. Little more than an hour from port to arrive fresh and rested. Hotel very clean, large suites, plenty parking spaces. Very helpful staff. Nice inside court with pool and BBQ. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. All with decent prices. Will return there on our next cruise from NY.

Service was amazing very inviting - very clean - pool was super clean - the breakfast was different from Saturday to Sunday and equality delicious!! One of the nicest hotels my family has stayed at. Also a must go restaurant about 4 min drive from hotel Sonny and Tonys pizza and Italian restaurant- absolutely delicious - great prices - and staff was very welcoming and bonus it’s a bring your own wine and beer and don’t worry if you need to buy there is a liquor store in the same mini mall of the restaurant.

Not good at all. They put us in a handicapped room.
Shower had a hand wand that had 2 broken holders. Had to wedge the shower head between soap holder and soap dispenser. The water spray hit us waist high. Bed was 18 off the floor, hard to stand getting out of bed. Did not use the kitchen it was not clean just like the floors.

Stayed with our two teenagers for a gymnastics competition. Room was very clean, nice to have a table and refrigerator. The odd thing about the suite was the entrance to the bedroom was through the bathroom, thereby trapping folks in the bedroom or living area while someone is using the bathroom. Just an odd and uncomfortable setup depending on your suite mates. Breakfast was typical, but hot and decent selection. Luckily we had to wake up early anyway, but we got 4 random wake up calls we didn't ask for starting at 5:13 am. If I wanted to sleep in I would have been annoyed. Overall clean and nice.

The stay was ok and comfortable. However, the room was not clean. There was a bush of hair on the floor, tape on the wall and ceiling, the furniture was dusty, and the sofa and seating chair were beyond dirty and black. Plus, someone saw it fit to place a garbage bag in front of our door. The place was convenient based on the location of where we needed to go and the staff at the front desk were pleasant. The lobby was clean and the continental breakfast was nice.
