Wasn’t what I was expecting. Place was pretty run down. But I think it’s just got to hard for them.

Booked a room with 2 beds. Only had one upon check in

I missed out on my first of the two nights, due to a missed bus connection in Brisbane. I could not get my money back on the room. One complaint I must say is, I had a trolley, and, the only ramp access was blocked by a vehicle being parked on it.

This is a good motel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms clean and in good condition.

A spacious and very clean room with an excellent laundry. Sherry is a treasure.

No sure if it was a dirty air conditioner or the carpet, but it smelled very dusty. The shower looked like it had been done by a handy man differently not a tradesman, when showering the water would run across the floor. Not what I would expect for the price and for a place as big as Mt Isa.

Great room with lots of space. A bit old in style but very well maintained. Great value for money.

We had a self-contained unit and there was plenty of crockery and utensils available. A large unit, it was easy to manoeuvre around with an injured leg. Would stay there again.

Loved the room, only thing I didn't like was the blokes sitting outside the rooms having a few that weren't so quiet.

Great place to spend a few days in Mt Isa. Very friendly staff and close to most tourist attractions. Good size comfortable room. Would stay there again.

I would never stay or recommend anyone staying at this over priced run down motel it was dirty , things were broken lights weren’t working bag tied over smoke detector, over all this place is a dive Would NOT recommended

The description of what I booked was a two bedroom apartment/suite however I got a one bedroom with a queen bed. When I questioned the manager he said I booked two beds a took me from what he called VIP to a room with two beds. It was the worst I'd stayed in through wotif. The tv only had three or four channels, the aircon took until 3am to cool down to 23 degrees and I had to sleep at the bottom of the bed to get any cool air!!! I definitely think they don't have any 2 bed apartment's on site and falsely advertised this and hopefully they get done for false advertising. Don't stay here.

It said they do after hours check in but when I arrived around midnight (which they were informed by my sister) no one was anywhere, no number to contact after hours, no one answered the phones or anything. I ended sleeping in a rest stop on a park bench with a towel and my bag for pillow. Won’t book there again

Grounds were disgusting. Very noisy from other seams Tennents. Families living in studio rooms.

Old and dated in much need of a refresher. Also used for emergency housing from what seen.

In the midst of renovations so a bit messy. Service very good though.

Termites in walls door/window frames and cupboard. Bathroom needs updating, bath damaged and dirty/mouldy

Check in was easy, reception helpful in finding car park for our vehicle with trailer. Room advertised as having spa and kitchenette - spa not working and kitchenette had one fork for cutlery (staff did bring more) and the mishmash of plates etc felt greasy so needed washing before use. Rooms dated but big. Ok for a night but disappointed the room wasn’t as advertised- hubby was looking forward to a spa after driving 770kms.

Restaurant meal was magnificient. The accomodation was comfortable and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will glarly stay ay Townview Hotel on my next trip to Mt Isa.
