Centrally located near Train station and Light Rail and Restaurants. Comfortable room with good range of toiletries. Breakfast was not included but good value at $25.

Group of friends stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms. Beds need brakes as they moved a lot! And hid damage to carpet. Hotel a little old, and needs work, but is in ideal location and very reasonable

Pleasant stay, conveniently located as it’s close to everything (central station, light rail, George St., supermarket, food and restaurants etc)
If you’re a church goer, St Peter Julian Catholic Church is just 5minutes walk away!
They provided a portable wifi device which is so convenient if you’re from overseas!
House-keeping is excellent, but hotel management should consider upgrading the carpets, though.

Great hotel with convenient location. DO NOT USE TAXI's to or from the airport as they will rip you off!! Uber will cost around $30 in non-peak times where as a taxi tried to sting me $85 for a ridiculous unnecessary detour, another tired to sting my colleague $70 and when talking to reception they said a taxi was trying to charge the fair per person for some tourists who didn't know better. Other than that the hotel is great!

A good place to stay in Sydney as it’s near most tourist places and central station. However, the room was a bit ‘tired’ and in need of modernisation. Can’t help thinking the Aussie attitude of ‘That’ll do’ applies here. It’s the little things that count towards a higher rating. Sadly this hotel needs more!

the location was perfect, quite central and easy to get to where we needed. the room was clean but small, and could hear the hallway very easily. biggest issue was housekeeping came and knocked on our door at 5:30pm to clean the room after we had been out all day and they would of had plenty of opportunity to clean, so we didn’t get new towels and the bathroom was very wet after 2 nights of not being cleaned.

Decent stay in the middle of the CBD. Great location. Service was great. Bed was not the most comfortable, and poor bathroom design let it down. The sink is tiny (hand width) and with a shelf right on top I kept hitting my head trying to wash my face or brush my teeth. Also the cistern for the toilet kept refilling causing loud noises during the night, even though it didn’t look like it was leaking. The room also had a bit of a smell about it. Given it was $200 a night I thought it would be in better condition, although maybe I’m just not used to Sydney prices. Ok stay, good service and location but the functionality of the room let it down.

This hotel is in a great location, easy walk from Central Station. Lots of food options nearby, Paddy's Markets and various shopping. Starbucks at the end of the street (which was critical for my teenage daughter).

Brilliantly located just two blocks from Sydney Central Station, directly opposite The Capitol Theatre for major theatre productions, and amidst Sydney's Thai Town for dining and late-night options, this hotel is one of the best balances between quality and convenience for anyone interested in any of those things.
The parking is more than block away and deep in the World Square shopping centre, but cheaper than other inner city carparks.

the carpet was torn/lifting, paint or glue stains on cabinets/door, peeling wood on bottom of door, shower curtain had missing links and was paper thin, if you were over 5 ft, good luck in the shower, the head was low, the place needs major renos. location is the only good thing. staff never smiled once and we dealt with 4 different ones
