Nice area

Upon getting two rooms which were supposed to be right be each other ended up being opposite ends of the hotel. Toilet wouldn’t flush, phones didn’t work, bath tub wouldn’t drain water

In every case of our needs the front desk were available of help in us, we had a leak in the air conditioner and they’ll resolved as soon as possible

The room was full of cockroaches

Everything was good

Customer service was excellent. They help me with any problems i had. The only problem i have the hotel is dirty and old.

Terrible beds no breakfast room was well beyond nasty hair in the tub and on the clean linen bathroom had holes in the floor door looks like it had been kicked in it was the worst i left early i could not sleep wifi was janky i would never ever ever recommend staying here

The shower curtains were dirty, shower rod falling off. Not enough bedding or toiletries provided. Key cards stopped working randomly. Front door lock was damaged. Kept getting stuck in open position. So on and so forth.

I would never recommend this hotel. There was no peephole in the door...just a hole so anyone could look in. The lock on the door was loose and ready to fall off. Staying at this motel did not feel safe at all. But when we killed two cockroaches on the floor and then one crawled across my hand on the bed we said enough is enough. The hotel did credit us as we checked out after only night so that was the only good thing. I dont need the taj mahal when staying in a hotel but it has to be bug free and I have to feel safe.

It’s near shopping districts and a good variety of restaurants near by. Buses very accessible

Property was terrible. The beds were terrible. The shower was falling apart.

Just I have one inconvenience the shower in the bathroom is dirty with mold

It’s not a good place for family ,visitors or professionals people -They halted our deposit and not even returned to us It’s unprofessional

The room was in disrepair and missing items. There was coffee and sugar but no coffee maker. The door was hard to open/shut as well as the room safe didn't work. There were other issues but don't need to get into them. Just lets say I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

First off - I only booked for a one night stay because I was at Disney all day and did not want to drive back to Clearwater late at night. Terrible front desk night clerk - rude and nasty. Property looks run down and the front desk behind a small fiberglass window in a tiny office looks like a prison and felt like one too. I had to wait 20 minutes behind these two underage kids who booked a room for 2 hour stay, can you imagine staying at one of these kinds of places. When I finally get to the front clerk, he very rudely ask for more deposit from me, when I had already booked and paid. I refused to pay more so he literally threw my drivers license under the prison fiberglass window. When I told him don't treat guest that way, he said "blah,blah, blah as if he could care less. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. BUYER BEWARE; YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Drive all the way From west Palm and needed a place to stay for the night booked online bathroom was not sanitized . Roach crawling through the bathroom and The Room is not sprayed on can still smell Smoke through the room . Would not Recommend and yet still they wouldn’t refund my night I didn’t even stayed at .

Super 8, is a safe, humble and well maintained by the staff. All the employees were very nice, attentive and helpful. Any situation I had was resolved immediately by them. If I happened to be in need of their services, I will not hesitate to go back there. Thank you Super 8 staff.

There was a roach I had to kill in the room, and when i brought it up to management, they told me I brought it in! Also, they came into our room multiple times without consent while we were in the bed trying to sleep. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND PISSED OFF.

We were unable to stay at this property due to us not being able to get hold of anyone to speak to about check-in. We even tried telephoning and emailing but received no response and so had to book an alternative hotel last minute at our cost.

There were roaches

Roaches crawling on the walls. Paid 100 dollars dor a night for a 30 hotel. Charged a 100 deposit and there was nothing that value in the room. Microwave didnt work.

I don't like nothing about Wyndham. In our first sight we feel unsafe, the doors are stuck. We couldn't even open it and we asked for refund. They didn't give us any partial payment that we made. Their spaces were under renovations. Bref, that's false advertising and marketing for their establishment. I would like to get some of my money since i didn't even spend one nights.

The place is close to Universal Studios. Don't expect anything more than a space to sleep. It needs a bathroom renovation.

I would not recommend this property to anybody. The bathroom was absolutely horrible and very dirty. The coffee maker was missing a pot. I may never stay at a super eight again in my life.

Everything in the room is old, beat up, and dirty

Overall poor condition and mold smell.

Property was dirty. Everything was broken, TV, microwave, lamps, and the furniture was old and broken. They wouldn't even move my room when I clearly saw other rooms available, I said I didn't mind waiting for another room to be cleaned and the attendant said nothing else was available, which was a lie because the housekeeping cleaning rooms next to mine said they were available.
