Excellent place. It was unfortunate that they did renovations during my stay which resulted in lobby restaurant to be closed for most of my stay

Nice hotel very clean and rooms well stocked, access to floors was limited as they were refurbishing the lobby. Great location and rooftop pool is small but a real gem.

The lobby is being remodeled so a side entrance was being used to enter the hotel, because of the remodel the temporary lobby/concierge area felt cramped.

I booked surprised trip to my 2 friends. They assured me in return mail that the room will have 2 separate beds. I also called to reservation and they told it we be arrange. Then the first day they told they can’t put 2 beds as promised. The pool was closed the first day. The bar was closed for 2 days so I missed the 2 cocktails promised. They start renovations with noice and dust at least 2 days before the friends left, and they lied that it began in the day we check out. I got some compensation from hotels.com, bless hotel refused to do so.

The room I got was tiny and the faucet was not working well so they change me to another room with a patio in front but it was the same the water was still getting stock did not run the drain. The rug and sofa were very very dirty with stains all over and it seen this is more like a club instead of a hotel the music loud you could hear it in your room until very late at night. it was hard to sleep with such noises.

Beautiful hotel and room but not sure about staff and maintenance. Front desk staff are great. Housekeeping are not. Woke me up twice and were pushy.
Worst part is my wall was making a strange and nonstop sound. Told the hotel about it on day one and no fix or explanation provided.
Other than that the room was beautifully designed.

Amazing property perfectly located if you want a quieter, more elegant neighborhood. In 5 minutes you can reach to the Museums area or the Gran Via. This hotel is vibrant and lively, with a gorgeous bar in the lobby, attended by Madrilenians, as well as by tourists. The hotel staff is immensely courteous and try to anticipate your needs. I strongly recommend this hotel in Madrid.

Great location, very large rooms, in fact did not need 2 rooms for a family since a deluxe room has a king size bed and a full size bed pull out.
I had booked 2 rooms but only needed one due to this reason, but they were not able to accommodate my reservation to just one room and credit for another occasion.
The bad part of this hotel is that is has a lot of humidity in the bathrooms and has some mold, also strong smell of sewers, and bathroom fixtures quality is bad, most of them are broken or working properly.
Also, they give so much chocolates they could do fruit instead. Who could eat 10 bon bons a day!

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Madrid. The staff is amazing and they do everything possible to help and provide guest with an amazing experience! I will definitively come back!
