I called to make sure the pool and hot tub would be open and said yes. I booked and arrived and it was down for maintenance. There was lots of mold in bathroom. Elevator doors were messed up.

We have always had a positive experience when using this park and stay. The airport shuttle is great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is decent! We recommend staying here.

Overall good stay. Our room had a ripped box spring and bathroom needed some upkeep as well. Front desk was pleasant and location was nice.

The toilet wasn’t working in our room. We were told to use the public restrooms because maintenance wouldn’t be there until the next day after we checked out. I asked for a discount on my room and was told they couldn’t do that.

was there for 5 days noticed the carpet needed replaced and the fire door on 2nd floor did not close completely so needs attention other than that people very nice breakfast offered was okay rather limited choices and very little protein mostly carbs(99%) so that could be improved fairly good price however you get what you pay for ... fairly quiet during the week but weekend was louder with children screaming in hallways and during breakfast in lobby area which can be expected

I enjoy d the concierge. They were polite and had excellent suggestions. I checked in late and they were bright eyed and courteous. I do hate paying hotel prices for only sleeping for 8 hours. There should be a pro-rated rate for people who don’t get to enjoy the amenities.

Our first room had no air conditioning, second room was great. The hot tub did not work, pool was freezing. Cookies were not out in the lobby like it states online. Ice machine only on level one.

They did a lot of work to this hotel. It is older but they are doing a lot to try to update. Parking was offsite for park and fly. Transportation took awhile longer than they said. Overall- a fair hotel

No air conditioning, refrig broke and reined all food. Fromnt desk had rooms available by would NOT move us. Property dirty and sticky drink on outside benches. promised a refund and havent seen it yet

Check in was simple. We arrived late driving in from out of state. We booked a double queen, but went up to our room to discover just one bed. Went back down to the front desk to explain we need the two beds so our 2 year old has somewhere to sleep. The woman at the front desk told me they were out (I booked a week in advance) and was informed that we were given a king “suite” and were told it was an upgrade. My husband had to sleep on the really uncomfortable pull out couch. The hotel is in rough shape as well. Holes in carpet in the hallways. The incorrect exit signs and maps posted on the wrong floors. Holes in the shower curtain. The curtain rod pulled off of the wall and numerous bad patches. I voiced my concerns to the front desk upon check out and was told it would be told to the manager. I won’t be returning.

Arrived late and slept soundly til checkout. Didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the property. Shuttle service to airport was a plus. Would come again.

Overall the room was decently clean, however the shower curtain was obviously used because it had brown marks on it. There was dust and dirt under night stands and along the corner/walls of the room. Just needed another good vacuuming.

we stayed here to go to the Viking training camp. The location is absolutely wonderful. The staff was super super friendly. The room was very nice and clean and breakfast was great! We will definitely stay here again next year for trading camp!

The shower/tub was not draining well the first night but they did fix it after we spoke to the front desk. Also our air conditioning was not cooling the room well. The mattresses need to be replaced as well.

My sink was leaking constantly, could not turn it off. There was beer cans behind the curtains. The room was not very clean. When I asked the front desk that said “think you could just stay in it for the night”.

We arrived very late. We were surprised to see the hotel cleaning cart still working.
We liked the front desk service. We had to ask for a plunger because the water in the toilet goes very slowly, and we had trouble flushing.
This was a busy hotel; breakfast even had fried chicken for chicken and waffles.

Overall nice hotel, could use a few upgrades. Stayed 3 nights, they didn’t clean our room during our stay. The breakfast was ok, good variety of food.(no orange juice though) Pool was ok, but hot tub Jets didn’t work.

Comfortable but needs care. Shower curtain was torn, water pressure was low, and breakfast was much smaller than many others places I have stayed.
