Staff were extremely friendly, hotel is clean and appears new. Only downfall was the twin beds, very small, mattress moved around too much

Great location for both transport and walking distance of the central location with the old town being about a 15/20 minute walk. Friendly staff, very accommodating. 4 out of 5, as there was limited storage in the room, and no kettle/hot drink facilities in the room. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

It was rediculously hot in the room, so hot that sleeping was difficult. The air conditioning could not be turned on to cool the room. Front desk claimed that the use of air conditioning after October 31st is illegal in Switzerland. Maybe so, but it is still up to them to properly control the temperature. My thermometer read 28 deg C. This is unacceptable. It was to noisy to leave the window open to sleep, so every morning I left the window open to cool the room down during the day. Every day the cleaning staff closed the window so this had no effect. We did not get a good night's sleep during the whole stay because of the unreasonably hot temperature. The staff were excellent but could do nothing.

It would have been nice to know the hotel was slap bang in the middle of the red light district! To say the surrounding area at night was intimidating would be an understatement. And I say that as a 6ft 4 man.

Very convenient for train station and lake. Neighborhood a bit drab but ok.

Front desk staff was AMAZING! So helpful and accommodating. Area was a little questionable at night, and the room was small. But, it was comfortable and very affordable.

I got harassed by a gang outside the hotel at about 7am in the morning.

great place to stay if you want to enjoy the walkable distance and proximity of the city center, railroad and bus station and the quietness of the hotel. Staff is kind and welcoming but sometimes too busy and I had a feeling they are trying to avoid spending time with customer and get off with him. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this premise.

The location is within walking distance of the train station and lots of things to see. The room is very tiny, especially with two people. There were some stains on the carpet and when I was making sure nothing fell under the bed before I left I noticed they clearly don’t clean under there often.

Good return for money, however hotel is in red zone and it had some unpleasant scenes. Also, house cleaning forgot us for 2 days and a lady in front office was not helpful at all; issues were solved by next front office person with written apologies and chocolate (much appreciated).

At night area is not looks safe and parking is really expensive.

Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are small but perfect for our needs. Daniel on reception was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Convenient hotel near the train station with plenty of food options around. Hotel staff was very friendly and since it was ready early, allowed us to check into our room early without any additional fees. Our room was small, but just what we needed for sleeping/showering. Overall, it is a great option for those passing through Geneva.

The place is like in a red district area. Can see a lot of call girls in every corner. The AC was not working, we called front desk and said someone will come and fix it but nobody came. We just open the window for more air anyways we were only staying for 1 night.

Great place to stay.

Very nice service and standard ibis hotel, all the necessary amenities included, only they could work a little bit on the cleanliness. Even though it is in the city centre literally , this is the area that reminds you of ghetto, red light district behind, hookers on the corners, a lot of people using drugs around, selling too.. but Totaly safe on the other hand.
