Beautiful resort with lovely, friendly staff. The position on the lagoon was amazing and walking distance to various restaurants and the Muri Night Markets

This was the 2nd time i have stayed at The Pacific Resort, and i will be back again. Staff and service is excellent. Location of resort is 2nd to none.

The position has to be the most beautiful part of the entire island. Waking up in paradise to the crystal clear water,and watching whale breach off the outer reef is breathtaking. The staff are all amaxing. Beautiful beachfront dining is amazing. Right next door to the muri night markets. Also the overwater cultural show and dinner is the other side of this beautiful resort.

We stayed in the family bungalo. It was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was included and minimal but satisfactory. The pool was nice and clean - no heater.

Need to update their rooms. Hotel & Staff are amazing.

The staff were so welcoming and happy to help with anything. Beautiful property in lovely grounds, right next to the beach. Food and beverages were very good.

A great beach to be on with lots nearby. A good number of chairs on the beach (but there are no umbrellas) and good seating around the pool.We had a deluxe 2 bedroom villa and this had a full kitchen and plenty of room, in and around the villa. The bathrooms were beautiful and the air-conditioning was good. There is also an adequate espresso machine in the unit.But, you can't get away from the noise of children (and their mothers). There is really no quiet place. The facilities are also possible a bit inadequate for a resort of this size. The food also is overpriced for the quality.I would not like to be in this resort on a rainy day as there is no games room or place to hang out. The departure lounge (and toilet) are also too small and uncomfortable for a resort of this size.

We were amazed that during lockdown the resort had been completely renovated. All new beach equipment. Totally upgraded accommodation. A very pleasant surprise!

We loved this resort! The staff and amenities were amazing! We were able to SUP every morning in the gorgeous lagoon, then eat a fabulous continental style breakfast, kayak out to the island and snorkel until the afternoon! So much fun! The food at the resort restaurant is really good! Breakfast is included and the non-motorized water activities, too! They even have water shoes for you if you need them! Can’t say enough nice things about this resort!

Beautiful resort close to all the action. It was a short walk to the night market and restaurants. We can't wait to go back. The Cook Islands is very safe and the beaches are clean. Very friendly people. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Liked the location, comfortable room lovely gardens,Didn’t like that you have to pay for hot breakfast, not use to it after traveling in Asia!!! Restaurant food and menu mediocre, not many places to eat out .

If you have small children, stay here. It is super kid friendly and all of the activities (kayak, SUP, snorkeling etc) are included. The restaurant was delicious and the staff are great. The view is amazing!

We loved everything about the Pacific Resort and have nothing we didnt like. The staff, the immaculate grounds, the rooms, the location, the activities, the beach, the water sports equipment, the cruise, the food and bar and the gardens werre beyond our high expectations.

The 2 bdrm villas were excellent, plenty of room & close enough to the pool, restaurant and beach! Staff were more than friendly & we had a very pleasant week staying at the pacific

Friendly staffs made our stay warm. We stayed there for seven days and never got bored as they provided lots of fun activities to do.

Great property, great staff - only complaint is bed linens and towels (including beach towels) were stained…and sometimes the stains appeared to be “fresh” - yuck!Otherwise everything was excellent!

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was nice and the location on the beach is great! My only complaint is that the front desk staff was not friendly at all. They did not make us feel welcomed and I would hire more outgoing, smiling, hospitable people for that role.
