The property was not clean and has bed bugs do not go there

You get what you pay for.

No hot water, the ac did not work, the room was filthy with dirty sheets and hair everywhere.

The suites were nice

Horrible place I would never stay there again. Nothing alike the pictures.

If you want be in the Puerto Rican prison experience then look no further. Stay here. Wow, this hotel was really, really dirty and grungy. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The elevator is a death trap. The checking staff is phenomenal. Otherwise, avoid at all cost.

This is the worst stay I’ve ever had. It smelled it was unclean and something left 3 bites on my legs and it blistered after NEVERRR AGAINN

I have stayed here many pleasant times but unfortunately this time was a complete disaster. First room I was given had people inside, second room had no shower head and the bathroom window screen was falling off. The last room had roaches and dirty stained sheets that were never changed and I found a head turban behind the pillows of one of the beds. I told the front desk and was told they would send someone to do a deep cleaning yet all they did was empty the garbage cans and leave towels. The TV never worked/connected and there was only one light switch that turned on every light in room and shut them as well. No way of going to the bathroom at night without all the lights in the room going on. I asked for a lamp the first night and never got it. I asked for a wash cloth and they only had one left. The pool was full of people who weren’t guests. People with large speaker at pool smoking right under the no smoking sign and vaping too. Supposedly there are cameras at the pool cause previous times staff would come and rectify such situations yet no one came. This was very sad and unfortunate because I really liked this place. I always stayed here when I landed for a couple you days before going to my private home and I also stayed here a couple of days before departing the island. But this visit was totally unacceptable and unfortunate. I noticed a decline of the place/service at my previous visit but overlooked it and gave it another chance. But this time was inexcusable.

Perfect if you are going to stay to go to the airport

It was within a walking distance to the Beach. The pool area was crowded, Blasting music, loud obnoxious noisy people. My rooms Cable TV was not working, AC problem. Front Desk people seem to be distracted with other things besides the Hotel guest.

Very overpriced for this less then average hotel.

Well our stay was not what we expected, there were linking in the room, the floor was stained. And when we went to the pool area, the employee tha was playing music was smoking weed and drinking on the jod. Also some of the guests were smoking weed and vaping and also drinking and eating. Rule for the pool area were visible, but in the room were also some rule that don't applied.

worse experience ever this hotel was selected by airport police because we were stuck at airport and they had to close so they ztrick us to to leaving saying that the room was comp and 9 families were stuck there. the water ran all night, the walls and window ceils were filfthy

Really convenient location. Near the beach, airport and casinos. The thing that i did not like was that the room is really dated. Old barhroom finishes ect. Rooms need to be updated..

That bed sheets were dirty! The air conditioner did not work properly, so it was very uncomfortable all night and The tv only had 5 channels.
