Stayed with son, clean, basic good for 1 night. Free parking. Staff let us park free next day as well so we could exploreFalls. Less than 10 min walk 2 Clifton Hill. Pay extra$9 extra resort fee. Close to restos Al Mac buffet $12.99 breakgast buffet until 2, dinner buffet $25.99. Staff friendly, will stat again. Dave with glasses helped us when heat not working

I chose this hotel because they didn't charge extra for parking to their guests. Most of the hotels did around this area. The hotel staffs were very kind that they tell you about the area and helped you out. The room was not luxury but is fair with its price and was clean enough to stay. I couldn't go out at night because all of the parking spaces were occupied and I worried if I went out I can't park when I came back. Hope they could assign the parking to certain room to secure the space.

Good location to walk to the Great Falls within 15-20 mins. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed and the water pressure for shower is strong. Lots of restaurants nearby. Enjoyable stay overall!

Location is quite good, about 15 minutes walk to the falls, 10 to Clifton and 10-12 to the Fallsview tourist area so its quite central. Rooms are good size, shower had hot water and good pressure. Bed was comfy. Could use an extra pillow or two as only two small pillows per bed. Bathroom was clean, room felt clean in general and service was fantastic. Pool area is clean and well kept. The Owner is extremely nice and accomodating. Free parking as well. We would definitely stay here again. The value for the cost is exceptional.

We were able to check in early and park free in the motel lot. Front desk person was very accommodating and helpful. It was a 15 minute walk to the falls.

Room was very clean and manager/owner was very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Only issue was that the ice machine should be available to guests without having to get the staff to unlock the door to where the ice machine was located.

Service desk was very friendly and would happily accommodate to your needs if requested. Hotel is within walking distance from everything which is nice and on top they have free parking but make sure you only have a small compact car as parking lot is very narrow. Overall stay was quiet and peaceful

A friendly locally run Inn that deserves to be a part of Niagara Falls and its rich history. They care about families. Basic accommodations that are clean and convenient to walk to local sites. Bonus swimming pool on hot summer days!

It’s was clean, quiet and walking distance to everything. We ended up staying an extra night and got our same room. Only thing is, a microwave would have topped it off.

The property and room were very clean and you can tell the owners did their best to update the room. The beds aren’t hotel-comfy but still good, the bathroom was old but clean. My only complaints would be that sometimes I could hear some noise from next door, and the AC unit was quite loud. But I definitely recommend a stay here.

Was more of an old fashioned motel, but it was clean and within walking distance of nearly all the main hot spots at the Falls. Great place to stay!

We liked that the motel was exceptionally well kept staff and management went out of their way to make sure that we got everything that we needed also loved the fact that we could sit out on the balcony to watch the people and traffic
