The property adopts a very good concept to be in good harmony with the nature! The ocean view from the villa, restaurants and the spa is spectacular. All staff members are friendly and helpful. To enable this hotel to stay competitive, the facilities such as the toilet and faucet can be renovated. The food quality of the restaurants can also be improved.

This is our second visit to Six Senses Samui and it was again, fabulous! Cleanliness, eco-friendly, staff, food, and location, all top notch...can't say enough about it...we are planning a return visit next year! Marieke Dijkhuis, the general manager and the food manager were always accessible and visible multiple times during the day. They were truly interested in our thoughts about the quality of service, food and atmosphere. The Gems and or butlers were very personable and always somehow knew what we might need in advance of our knowing...amazing! The cleaning staff always did an impeccable job and with a smile. The spa, oh the spa...marvelous... Coy, our masseuse is very proficient and professional at her trade...Oh and let's not forget the buggy drivers... always at our door in a matter of seconds so they could zip us to wherever we needed to go. We enjoyed every second of our stay...can't wait until we meet again!!

This hotel was outstanding in every way possible. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived to our departure and this goes down to every single person working at the hotel (Special thanks to Aum for being our GEM). The hotel is beautifully laid out, where every part felt quiet, peaceful and private. Food was amazing, breakfast was spectacular, and the views from Dinning on the hill was a bonus. Our private villa with pool was idealic and tranquil, and a great touch was how our bedroom was prepared for our bedtime. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future. Next time, we’ll stay for our entired period on the island.

I have visited manny 5 star hotels arround the world and this hotel landed on my top 3. Service is outstanding, location an accomodation is breathtaking and the food is super quality

The staffs, especially GEM, were very friendly and helpful. They always welcomed us with warm smiles, and even talked with us. Loved the environment there. We could see sunrise in our room and see sunset at the pool area. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful nature. We even got a chance to pick up eggs from their own farm. The location was perfect, close to everywhere. Highly recommended.

The resort is situated on the tip of the island on top of a hill so the view is stunning! The pool overlooks the Bay Area where you can catch a magnificent view of sunset. The rooms were well equipped with mosquito repellent and aloe vera gel, very clean as well. Some downsides though:- too many flies. I suspect this is due to left over food pieces and not enough fogging. - we saw a cockroach (huge) in our room and lizard too... very terrifying but the resort manager did not apologise. They just came in with a spray. - the water sports and tours are outsourced to a third party operator, which I don’t think the resort is responsible for. So we were taken to a “fishing village” which was more like an island in the middle of the ocean with a few locals. Trash was everywhere and I don’t think this warrants a nice excursion for a five star resort. Experience was disappointing... however the third party offered a discount to us. But the whole process was not controlled by six senses.

This is a great resort. Lots of trees and green areas - and an overall experience that leaves me with one words: tranquility. We relaxed in our private pool villa, enjoyed the sun, and the views. The breakfast was included and very nice - dining on the rocks offers an very nice (although pricy) experience with great views and food. Only downside was the dinner at dining on the hills - this is way below level for what can be expected for a place like this with overpriced sub-quality food and poor service. An easy fix for us was a 10 minute take to nearby restaurants. We highly recommend this place for couples, friends and families that are looking for a place to unwind in great settings.

The location, although a little isolated, is great. The shuttle bus is convenient except that the schedule is not the most convenient. Since our first visit over five years ago, some corners have been cut in the F&B area.

we had a fantastic experience in this stunnning property. The service is outstanding, heartwarming people around you whenever you need them. We loved the privacy provided as this property doesn’t have too many villas. The Infinity Pool is one of the best we have ever seen. The views, designs, the privacy, activity offerings, the natural interiors is 5 stars. Overall well above expectations. We will definitely come back.
