Room not the best, very noisy go a morning and toilet smell at times. Breakfast ok, pool area good, location good also. Just disappointed with the room as needs refurbishment.

Overall a good hotel, great location. They really need to improve the entertainment, classical piano on a weekend- really? Do they know their audience. Also please don’t clear away the sun beds at 5.30pm with people still around. It’s well run but the head manager needs to loosen up and inject some fun. The bar is like a ghost town all week and the pool bar shuts at 6.30pm. It’s a holiday resort not a library or should be. Overall though there is only one hotel better on this strip and that is more expensive.

A One night stay in a lovely hotel. It’s a busy resort but the hotel was a lovely oasis with great facilities and positioning. The beach and water close by was amazing. Staff were wonderful and I can see why the rating is so high.

If you like a huge hotel with lots of people, this is for you! There is not a lot of personal service. Breakfast is a room with many people, coffee machine and self service. The hotel is a huge place with little quaintness.

Great hotel very easily accessible to Protaras restaurants and Fig Bay Tree beach. Liked the adults only area and free exchangeable pool towels. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Not over enamoured with side sea view room on ground floor overlooking a car park and run down to beach. Rooms were clean and tidy though it seems a little dated.

Wish list hotel for the location alone. The attentive staff made us feel really welcome. We also appreciated the interconnecting room, and the late check out (especially as it was a busy weekend for the hotel). Highly recommend.

We’ve been going to capo bay on and of for over 24 years and never complained but we really think it’s time for them to upgrade their rooms including the beds and decor it seems to me they have concentrated all their efforts on the exclusive rooms to which I must add are far better than the standard sea view room we had . This hotel is still a good choice for a great holiday it’s just falling behind some of the other hotels along the strip .

When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and our bags taken up to our room. The reception team were always friendly, helpful and professional. Pool and waiting staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during the day. The newly refurbished sunbed area was fantastic. The entire hotel was kept spotless and even when we had a small maintenance problem in our room the problem was fixed within a couple of hours. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and cooked freshly. Special thanks to the reception staff who helped when my friend was poorly during our stay.

Beach in front of the hotel is one of the best in Cyprus.

Liked everything room wonderful but tried restaurants 3 times and food was cold.
Outside pools freezing, not many using it in adult pool.
I could walk little with crutch as restaurants and shop so nearby. but mostly used wheelchair. Unfortunately we caught covid badly in cyprus and i'm in hospital,it turned to double pneumonia. Despite that we enjoyed hols and will return, many thanks. Mr & Mrs Ryan.

Great location a few steps from Fig Tree Beach. Excellent buffet breakfast, restaurants abound close by. The Boardwalk makes for great early morning exercise. Would be my first pick if returning to Protaris area.

A beautiful hotel in a great location right on the beach. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made our stay even better than we expected. The buffet breakfast was excellent as well with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is perfect, loungers are a few metres from one of the best beaches on the island. The room, however, was too small for the price/type we booked. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. One big issue was the smell in the corridors in the afternoon, apparently coming from the kitchen vent? Finally the AC in the room was noisy and the "low" function was basically an "off" mode. Overall, an overpriced 4-star due to its location. I will look elsewhere next time.

Great hotel. Lovely adult only swimming pool separate from family pool. Fantastic free breakfasts! Loads of eating & drinking options nearby., though not cheap to eat/drink on site.

Our second stay in Capo Bay. Cleanliness wasnt up ti the standard of the last time we stayed. Patio furniture was dirty and after two days and my husbands shirt getting black marks we again complained and the chairs were changed. He also get his shirt cleaned by the hotel.
