Nice, but the parking building smells so weed. Is incredible how much the hotels now a days are smelling just weed. Remember that there are many people who don’t smoke.

The main thing that I didn't like was coffe cupes served for breakfast on tables up side down directly ij table surface without littke coffe plates. It was, honestly, disguisting.
Everything else overall was ok!

Our room had the worst smell and the hotel lobby did too. They allow pets so maybe they just need to find a stronger scent for the carpets and run air fresheners in the lobby. Our room seemed clean but the smell was almost too much. We went to Walgreens and purchased room fresheners. Maybe the air filters need to be replaced.

My wife tripped on this elevator flooring and only one was working, wonder how bad was the non-working one!

The duct tape on the elevator floor was not reassuring, and the pull lever to turn on the shower required me to hold down the bath nozzle and pull very hard (I had to hold it down bc I started to pull the nozzle out of the wall). Considering this is supposed to be a Hilton, it felt very much like a La Quinta.

There's no water in the toilet.
The valve that automatically fills the toilet water is broken. It's so uncomfortable.

The upsides: fantastic location, clean and comfy, hotel is not looking run down, nice pool and hot tub, friendly and helpful staff
The downsides: they make you pay $20 a day for parking which seems ridiculous to me. They used to include complimentary breakfast and now you have to pay for that. The entire time we were there, it was down to 1 working elevator so it could take 10 minutes to use it during peak times

Stayed only for 1 night. The service is excellent, the room was clean and nice. The price is affordable. There were many additional options, unfortunately, there was no time to use them. I recommend

Everything was great the area pool cleanness the views. Only two things I didn’t like was the smell as soon as I walked in the room, and only one out of the two elevators was out of service. Besides that overall it was great

Hotel is very nice, staff is amazing, breakfast is incredibly good. Galleria Mall is very close, 14 minute walk and you are there. There are other restaurants close by also. The only thing I would say is a dislike would be the parking which they charge like $20 a night.

The hotel was basically clean; except the lobby bathroom. The pool was clean and well taken care of and the hot tub was amazing as well. There are only two elevators in the hotel and was wasn't working at all the entire stay. Another guest mention that when he checked in his room was on the 8th floor and that neither elevator was working.

I stayed at this location because of a recommendation from a coworker who visits Houston frequently. She was correct that the hotel is clean and friendly staff. We felt safe and they had good parking. We were also allowed to check in a little early which was awesome after a long drive. Only slight issue is the elevator. Of the two - one was not working and the working elevator sounded like it was about to fail. Other than that this was a really nice hotel and we will stay there again (our child will be going to school in Houston).

Someone kept setting off the fire alarms 2 night in a row. We had to evacuate the building and wait outside until the fire department come cut it off...
