If u have only a couple of days in bgk select this hotel for its convenience and comfort..food quality could be better but hell it runs 24*7 so will give it a wide berth..the sky train terminalis a hop skip and jump away..quickest way to the city

The check in process took more than 20 minutes for no explained reasons. And the bed sheets had a very strong detergent smell .

Super convenient when you have an early flight or you are in transfer. Breakfast was super good in term of quality , quantity and diversification.the room are clean and the bed it’s very comfortable . Check in and check out super easy.

This hotel is the best for convenience when staying over at BKK for an early flight. Easy walk to terminal or shuttle. The food is good but expensive. They are starting to save money by keeping it warmer inside. My room was made quite warm in the middle of the night so I woke up all sweaty. The main areas are also a bit warmer than normal. This is an expensive hotel for Thailand so the value isn't good when they cut the AC to save money on electric. The hallways are starting to get old looking too. But, otheriwise, I like the place when I really want an easy trip around BKK.

Great hotel of you need to be near the airport. It is clean, quiet and accommodating. The restaurant is quite good as well. An added park is that the tramway into Bangkok is walking distance from the hotel!

Great for a stay before an early morning flight out of BKK - comfortable bed, comfortable room (altho a little dated) and decent food options - 24/7 check in policy whereby you can check in whatever time you want and stay 24hrs from then, is excellent!

Check in was really quick got a free upgrade staff where brilliant they even brought a sweet treat welcome tray which was a nice touch breakfast and breakfast room was excellent gym was very good pool was excellent the food and drinks bill from the pool was expensive for what we had 4 latte's 2 coke zero's and 3 stater meals came to £80 but saying that we would definitely stay here again they also brought 2 birthday cakes and bloons and rose petals on the bed for my wife birthday which was a very nice touch

A large airport hotel where you don't intend to spend a long time. The room was clean, but a bit boring. The hotel had a lot of restaurants on offer and there was a really nice swimming pool area. The service worked really well.

Convenient hotel for layover. The property is little bit old though. Not enough aircon in the corridors, which is normally not a bigv problem but considering the size of this hotel then it should be improved. It’s a wee bit suffocating after having to walk 3 mins from the lift to my room!

Really enjoyed my recent stay. Being a regular now, many of the staff know me and always give a warm welcome. Very convenient for airport. Can use free shuttle bus or a 15 minute walk.

First they gave me a room at the end of the corridor and it smelled horrible like it was not opened for few weeks. I tried air con at full blast but moldy smell didn’t go away. Then I complained to the reception and the lady there was kind to change my room. They gave me room near the lift which was all good. But this whole episode wasted 45 mins to an hour. So don’t accept a room towards end of corridors, they are less used ones I guess and might smell bad.

We stayed one night as a family to catch our flight the next day. Overall facilities, room, restaurants were in very good condition. The staff were helpful and nice. Super convenient for those who transit through Suvarnabhumi Airport, especially if your flight time is really early or late. We will definitely return.

This hotel is the perfect stay if travelling via the airport.
You can either walk through the access to the airport checkin or take the 24hr courtesy bus at the front door. Very easy and stress free way to go.

Disappointed with one of the staff at the airport said the rooms for that day were full but when I booked via Expedia there’s a lot of room available. The customers should be treated nicely and fairly no matter what nationality you have. Please improve your customer services.

If you need a resting hotel close to the airport , Novotel is the best option . Walking distance 15 to 20 minutes. Or a shuttle which takes 5 minutes.

Only issue was shuttle bus from airport to hotel waited at the front desk 25 minutes mo nody was present. Called twice hotel then someone came for help.

We arrived to the hotel at 11:55pm after travelling for @20hrs on three flights so were exhausted.
At check in we were told our room wouldn’t be ready for 30-60mins and to take a seat! We were flabbergasted, so assertively but politely explained this was unacceptable and would remain at the counter until our room was ready as they needed to provide a far quicker option. I explained I’d used this hotel on many previous occasions and was also booked to return again in 2wks time so something needed to be actioned quickly.
The team member was composed, apologetic and very helpful, managing to provide us with a room with 15mins and also complimentary breakfast for the following morning as compensation.
While the initial experience was unacceptable we appreciate the swift resolution to our complaint

my room was not clean. the carpet was dirty and stained and the bathroom had mildew around the shower fixtures. the hotel had a general air of shabbiness about it.

Well located airport hotel. A short, air conditioned walk from/to the terminal and train station.
Good quality and service. A bit pricey, but I will stay there again.
