Good Experience, nice Small Boutique Hotel, Staff was Very Kind and helpful. The hotel is very close To Tiberias center an the Kineret Sea. The hotel is very clean, Room Was nicely New Redesigned. Very large, comfortable with a nice terrace Swimming pool view.We would like to visit again.

Location was fine. Staff were pleasant. Air conditioning unit worked well.Breakfast was disappointing with some of the foods cold (when they should be warm) and stale. Hot water kettle in the room worked only if you unplugged the refrigerator. Towels were sparse and very thin and old. Water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were no soap/shampoo in the bathroom. When I asked they gave us about 8 bottles of shampoo and shower gel which we ended up using for hand washing in the sink. That was fine but a little weird. I’m not sure if they ran out of soap for the sink. For some reason they gave us the wheelchair accessible room even though we didn’t need it. Pool closed too early, at 7pm.

A pleasant hotel with delicious and varied food and the wonderful staff gave us a great time in the place

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Very clean rooms with modern decor. Dining area is very nice with a good selection of food. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Outdoor swimming pool is great. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Tiberias.

Good breakfast great customer service, and fair price, the Hotel is a bit old to my taste, mainly the bathroom. I haven’t spent much time in other hotels in Tiberias so it’s hard to compare. If I need a place to stay next time I’m in the area, I will probably try something different

Good hotel for good price. Staff was willing to find solution for our situation with mis booking. Very good breakfast.

Although the listing says free wifi in rooms, it would only work in the lobby. Bathroom could use a good deep cleaning. Room was large and comfortable and breakfast was fantastic!

The Astoria Galilee is a budget friendly hotel in Tiberias. Clean rooms. Provides a good breakfast. No complaints.

Happy to leave! We stayed in the "remodeled" room but that wasn't true. Cleanliness was nonexistent!

We have stayed here in the spring for the past 3 years. This time we found the hotel staff to be uncaring. Not a good morning from anyone. It was like being invisible. We miss the orange juice maker. They have a new coffee machine that consistently was out of service. Our checkout was please pay. No did you enjoy your stay or we hope to see you again. This hotel has lost a loyal customer.

It was pleasant, the pool was the added bonus , breakfast was poor in choice , staff pleasant but the condition of the hotel could be better.

Bare minimum comfort and food. Barely adequate for one night.
