Nice day. Clean rooms and easy access to place we needed to go.

The person at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful and efficient. The room was large, quiet, and clean. Everything worked in the room and it has been nicely upgraded

A wonderful stay - would recommend

This was my first stay in your location and trust me I will mark it as a favorite. Front desk staff were excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I travel a lot for work and definitely feel you’re a 10. And as a bonus you had gluten free muffins!

I liked their breakfast healthy choices especially cereal choices. I did not like the hall wall papering going on outside my room. TVchoices were hard to access and few They need ROKU TV's

The room itself was nice, but they made it that you have to pay for WiFi for any streaming services. Considering we have an infant that watches videos that was an absolute pain so we used our phones as hotspots. The first two days we were there the breakfast was not really good at all. On Sunday the breakfast was pretty decent, but they ran out of fruit and when asked them they pretty much said they had no more and oh well.. Considering we’ve stayed with them before and it wasn’t like this I’m not sure what happened, but they went down hill pretty bad.

It was clean, very pleasant, comfortable, great breakfast, excellent!

Our stay was pleasant. Could tell they were doing work. But it wasnt any interfere our stay.

When we stay in a hotel we expect to have cleaning services every day

Business center not open

5 day stay. Breakfasts were great. There were lots of renovations happening. We picked this hotel due to indoor pool. Even phoned 2 weeks before booking to make sure the pool would be open during dates of our stay and was told it would be. When we arrived, the pool was closed. The desk personnel said at the time we phoned the pool would have been open. We specifically asked about the pool on dates we would be staying and wouldn't have booked w/a closed pool. Besides that, I would stay again if pool was open.

First of all when I booked this hotel the day of for a family emergency, the construction and remodeling was not advertised. I did not find out until after checkin. When I arrive after 24 hrs of travel, and nearly midnight- the hotel smelled from wall paper glue and adhesives. I could/would not rebook at that point due to exhaustion. I told them I was there for a family emergency and may need to extend if they were not sold out. Well NO WAY. In the morning I rushed off to the hospital. After spending the entire day and evening at the hospital, I went to the hotel. Only to have to walk through shredded debris, down my corridor and outside my booked room. The adhesive scent was horrendous. I could not get to sleep. Thought of checking out but didn't, due to exhaustion . At 6 AM i got an emergency call from the hospital to get over there. It was also checkout day. I had no time to request extension and literally stayed homeless and slept in the hospital room of my family member for the rest of their admission. There was no way I would extend. I even showed the hospital pictures of the debris. They said they would be sure not to recommend a stay here anytime soon.

Right in the middle of all the shopping. Walking distance from a buffet and a diner. The kids loved it here. Our shower curtain was not the right fit so water was all over floor after every shower. Overall it was a nice hotel with great staff. We would definitely stay again.

I had a very nice stay, Fairfield Inn hotels have always been one of my favorite hotels. The staff are always pleasant, and willing to be of assistance.

Overall, our stay was good. However, the heating/ac or something in our room, intermittently made loud thumping noises. We did not sleep well as a result

Was a reasonable place to spend a night on the road.

We experienced issues. Received a message that if we did not call them back by 3:00 on Thursday all our luggage etc would be removed from our room. They said we were only booked for one night and our card was declined. We called the credit card company and they said it was suspicious activity so I’m not sure what was going on and we had to give them another c/c and the receipts In receiving have the first C/C #. Now isn’t that strange. Hopefully we will get it straight!!!

It was, well I didn't like the lock on the door the screw is coming out. The water in the tub when taking a shower the shower and the tub water runs at the same time

She’s here while attending a local wedding. Stay was excellent. Staff friendly. Only complaint I have is I checked in late at night alone with 2 kids. The front desk guy didn’t offer any help and gave me gauge directions to the elevator. I was with 2 kids carrying 4 bags and went the wrong way he didn’t even bother to correct me or offer any assistance. He went to the back and was out of sight. It was 2am.

Great place to stay! Staff is pleasant, check in is easy. Room was nice, shower is beautiful! Will stay again.
