Easy location for connecting travel. Clean and comfortable.

Nice staff

I come here fairly regularly for one or two nights and I usually have a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff are cheerful, welcoming and efficient. There's a good breakfast too, included in the room rate. The hotel is very conveniently located for the main train station, long distance bus station and metro.

I stayed here on two separate nights on either end of a 5 day trip to Varna. I chose the BW as it is right next to the train station. It is perfect for anyone looking to stay close to the trains. The airport is only a 25 min ride away on the subway. There are dining options and grocery stores close by. One weird thing happened when i stayed though, and this was why i gave 3 stars. When i arrived, i went right to bed as i had been traveling for about 15 hours. I was awoken to a staff member entering my room to fix a light. No warning, no time to put clothes on.... just came in. I was so tired i just let do his thing, but any other person may have been very disturbed by this. I could have been in the shower, or otherwise indisposed. Anyways, other than that, the stay was good.

I was misled by the higher rating on Expedia. My room wasn’t clean properly lots of dirt on carpet and need to improve the breakfast quality and choices. The caffe machine didn’t work during the breakfast. Probably not back in the future!

Conveniently located by train and bus stations, also easy 30 min walk to Sofia city center. I love the front desk staff, so helpful and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again next time I’m in Sofia.

Everything was correct but the train station area is unsafe.

Right on railway, bus and metro station. Area does not look good at night. Hotel modern, comfortable, very clean and complete and delicious breakfast.

Wonderful service at front desk - I advised I had an early train and they organized a bagged breakfast for me as I was leaving before the breakfast room was open. The location is just meters from the train station which is good but the area around the train station could use upgrades. No fault of the hotel.

The best feature of this property is the staff. We especially commend Nicolay who helped us with side trip arrangements and worked to answer any questions about food, transportation, etc. however all staff members did their best to help us out. The property is not in the center of town. We used public transport, which is cheap and well-run. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Great hotel for my needs. Across the road from the train station and metro but not too far of a walk to the centre. Staff were happy for me to leave my bags there before my train journey in the evening after check out. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very basic but I was okay with that.

Service was good, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok (same food for breakfast but at least with hot and cold options. Hotel is close to all modes of public transportations but not to any restaurants closest was about 10 minutes walk. There was a close grocery/store. Noticed that our shower drained so slow.

Our stay at the Best Western Terminus was pleasant. The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location wasn’t the greatest and sometimes felt a little unsafe, especially at night but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Comfortable hotel very near train and bus station and trams and subway. Center is only 10 minutes by tram and 20-25 minutes walking. Staff was helpful and recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby.

Connivence to the train cant be understated, you can get to the airport in 30 mins or less. Lots of small restaurants, bakeries and cash exchange places and a few grocery stores make dining an easy cheap prospect

First of all, I'd like to say that Bulgaria is a very wonderful place with lots of interesting things to see and it's history is amazing, I really enjoyed my visit to Sofia. The hotel is based in a very convenient area so it's easy to get to most of the attractions on foot. The customer service was excellent, Victoria and Magi were very helpful and smiling at all times. Thanks girls. I would definitely recommend not just this hotel but the country since I had a wonderful stay. In love with Bulgaria ❤️

My husband and I added Bulgaria to our honeymoon last minute and weren’t expecting much. We arrived exhausted at 6am via bus and were greeted with excellent service at thus hotel! We were able to check in several hours early for a fee and enjoy a complimentary and delicious breakfast. The staff was lovely and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is located close to the subway and bus terminal and bus stop. We had a flight back and were able to get a cheap taxi called on by the gentleman working at the front desk. I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at Best Western Terminus!

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the station and other transports and was very pleasantly surprised with all the other bonuses. It is a great small hotel with good breakfast and absolutely superb service. Staff is just fantastic. Also, if you are going to tours or hiring a car is one of the very few hotels in the city that has a car park. I highly recommend this hotel.

easy to reach from airport by metro - one change then a short walk under the tram stop. quick friendly efficient check in - modern large room with large bathroom - HVAC worked well all the time as temp was -20C overnight. great breakfast with all you could reasonaby want. excellent transport connections - lots of buses and trams stop outside, many others in fromt of the reain/bus station both a couple of minutes away via underground access if yiu don't like crossing the main road. terrific restaurant next door but one - open to 11pm with great prices and good food - called " B 1 " thoroughly recommended

Family stay for 1 night in Sofia to meet up with friends. Right by the train and bus stations and very easy to get to the metro. Ideal location

My recent stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia exceeded expectations. The hotel's strategic location near the station and a convenient tram stop right outside made exploring the city hassle-free. The breakfast spread offered plenty of choices. Notably, the rooms were spotless. What set this hotel apart was the incredibly helpful and kind staff, making my stay memorable and comfortable. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Sofia.
