I called the hotel prior to booking on Hotels.com to confirm they had airport shuttle service, as described on Hotels.com. The hotel confirmed 24-hour airport shuttle, as well as parking until we returned. When i asked for the room rate, it was the same as Hotels.com, so I mentioned I'll book through Hotels.com to accrue the rewards, and did so. When we arrived to check in, the hotel said parking and shuttle service was not available when booking through a third party. My option was call Hotels.com, explain the situation, and hopefully they'd allow cancelation so I could then book directly. The rate was more than 50% higher, day of, than when i booked a month ago. I didnt bother with the hassle of canceling and re-booking, and instead paid another $108 at the Park N Go a couple blocks away. I put this on both Hotels.com and Marriot. The room: ok-ish. You cant reach the shower valve from outside the shower, so you'll get wet/cold turning it on. Towels are scratchy. The window blind was torn near the top and i couodnt get it open in the morning because it stuck.Bed was ok-ish, pillows were great.

It was great. Check in was so wonderful. The front desk hosts were so personable and happy and enjoyed there job. We were a bit early but they were able to get us a room in the area that we requested. We will return on our next visit to Minnesota.

Wonderful stay for my kids and I near the mall of America. Staff were friendly and helpful from the desk clerk to the breakfast attendants to the bar tender who gave us dinnerware when we had pizza delivered. Pool is small but very clean. Linens were fresh and spotless. Lobby was a nice atmosphere comfortable for both family or business. Breakfast selection was great for a variety of dietary needs. Location incredibly convenient for air port and MOA.

Second time staying at SpringHill in Bloomington, bot times have been great. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, amentities are good. Only downside I can possibly scrape up is the showerhead in our room was not great, low pressure, but it still did the job, if that is the only complaint than they are doing something right. Staff is courteous and pleasant.

Front desk was friendly at arrival and quickly got us situated. Our first room had obvious blood stains on one comforter and nightstand. Front desk didn’t say much and provided us a new room. The second room appeared to have clean bedding but the room itself was dirty and musty. Hair everywhere, something splattered on walls, visible stains on box spring and cup rings left on night stand. There aren’t a lot of places to keep luggage off the floor, one small desk is all, no luggage stand. Beds aren’t super comfortable but tolerable and you can hear the occasional plane but overall it was fairly quiet. Breakfast was ok and typical. Would not stay again.

My family and I only stayed for a night before traveling again. The hotel was average overall, and it has so much potential to be very good if they kept up with the maintenance over the years. The hallways are way too dark. The hallways and elevator doesn’t seem to have the same ventilation as the rest of the hotel. There were rusty screws in the bathroom, missing tiles, the refrigerator was leaking, nightlight was not working, T.V. in the sitting area was not working and has no signal, weird stains on the carpet and walls. I have been to other SpringHill Suites and this one was a bit disappointing. More attention to maintenance will bring the hotel back to a better state.

Your staff is what made this stay. The hotel alone is average, but your staff from the breakfast staff who is in my opinion one of the best in the Minneapolis area. One of the only reason why I choose this location over the other hotels near the mall. THANK YOU!!

Very lovely updated property. Our family of five stayed in a suite and felt very comfortable. The suite was spacious for all, and the sofabed was comfortable.

We called and got them to shuttle us from the airport to the hotel but no one was at the desk when we got there. The bartender couldnt even find them. We waited over 45 mins before walking to the Hampton Inn next door who also tried radioing someone for another 25 mins to no resolution. They couldnt price match so we got stuck with a higher total for a smaller room. I am beyond furious and have emailed both the GM and the Assistant GM with no responses so far. Absolutely unbelievable. Stay away from this dumpster of an establishment.

I stayed with my family and I was absolutely happy by the service and hospitality of the hotel and their employees! There were only three things that would have made our stay perfect: 1. While it has good breakfast, I just wish it would be a little more varied (especially for those staying for several days in a row), 2. Parking seems insufficient for the hotel’s capacity and 3. The bar closes at 10pm! Would this prevent me from going back? Absolutely not! I’ll book this hotel in a heartbeat next time I’m in town. Location is great and accessible to everything one needs.

Got in late due to flight delay and lost luggage. Had to call three times to the hotel to inquire about shuttle. Once to determine which terminal, a second time to determine where to meet the shuttle, third time to ask if the shuttle was sent. Attendant at the service counter was pretty disinterested in getting the shuttle to us at the airport and it exacerbated an already frustrating afternoon/evening. Once we had a room everything was fine. Definitely didn't have the best of their staff working the service counter the night before or the following morning.
