The front desk concierges were very friendly and helpful. Especially the nighttime one, who helped us out after a rough night

We had a very nice stay. We are a family of 5 and often find rooms are too small to accommodate us. The room was a good size with ample beds. Free parking and free breakfast

Building needs to be maintained more often. Only 1 elevator was running and it was questionable at best. In the room there were dings on the walls, water stains from leaks in the bathroom, the shower needed a deep clean, pain missing in several spots, the deadbolt on the door did not work.

The room was clean the staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Pool access was limited by bothering staff to open the door - rooms keys did not work. Fitness center was very nice.

Despite all indications that they had an indoor pool, we arrived to find it closed indefinitely. We picked the hotel because it had a pool. I had a very sad and disappointed 2.5 year old, and heard other families voice the same displeasure. I would not have stayed here had I known, and I feel as though this was false advertising. The room itself was subpar. The carpet had dried gum in multiple places, the bathtub was stained and there was a leak under the sink causing a creeping brown stain along the tile. Pros: beds were comfortable and the location was great, as long as you aren’t looking for something walkable. We appreciated how close it was to stores and restaurants, as well as the thruway. Quick to get everywhere.

I hate giving a bad review. The staff overall was very pleasant. The breakfast choices were really good. The hotel itself was not the cleanliest. My sheets were clean but the top cover was stained a lot. There was an open water bottle left by the last person in the room the mirrors were filthy. Upon checkin my key card originally didn’t work so they redid it and when I opened the room, someone was occupying it already. Kinda just a trainwreck. Maybe they are just understaffed like everywhere else. But I will probably choose another chain next stay to Erie

Pretty clean and updated. The front desk lady was extremely rude and not friendly. I needed a room with a bath tub for my small children and they didn’t give me one. The pool had barely opened and was awful to swim in with the chemicals and the elevator was shaky, and scary. The breakfast area is way too small for the amount of people they had. Chaos and not well stocked for pool towels or the breakfast. Not staying again for that price.

Marriott, is a fantastic hotel, very nice, comfortable and the rooms are very enjoyable.

The staff was GREAT! The elevator was shaking so bad that I did not feel safe. I used the stairs the majority of our stay because of that and we were on the fourth floor! Our room was dirty, especially the shower and bathroom. Lastly, the pool was not balanced properly and very cloudy. The hotel staff was the best part of this stay.

Had an issue about charge. It was resulved quitly by Sherry. She was very professional and kind. She wasted not time in resolving my issue. Thank youn again.

Staff was great and the room was great!

There was a soccer tournament in the hotel. All the kids overran the halls unsupervised. And all the parents have completely taken over the lobby with a beer party. Absolutely out of control. So not stay here.

My daughter left her Apple AirPods in a drawer. When she realized 2 hours after check out and called the hotel. The manager told me housekeeping had cleaned the room and didn’t find the AirPods. My daughter used the “find my” app and the AirPods were still in the hotel- we had continued our drive to Ohio. I am disgusted that an adult would take these from my daughter.

For a Marriott, I expected a better experience. The carpet felt unclean on my feet. Despite being a non-smoking room, the room stunk of smoke. I understand that the smell is difficult to get rid of quickly with turnover but at least put the room as out of use in the system for a night and day so that it has a chance to air out properly. They left the window open but it was covered by the curtain which prevented it from airing out properly. It was so bad that my sleeping clothes still smelled of smoke the next day when I went home. It didn’t even smell like an air freshener was used to attempt to mask the smell. The rods meant to pull the curtains closed were broken and some of the clips meant to hand the curtain up were broken as well. I went to use the sink and small little bugs flew out of the drain hole EVERY TIME I turned on the sink. I went to use the bathroom and the ventilation fan wasn’t working and was very dusty. It was clear that the ventilation fan wasn’t working because water drips on the ceiling from previous guests using the shower were clearly visible and covering the entire bathroom ceiling. I would not find myself staying at this property again unless they make serious changes to their cleaning checklist and follow through with it appropriately.

Not great.

Overall, a pretty good experience. Hotel is away from traffic, so no road noise. Fairly quiet inside as well. Room was clean overall, with some minor things to note-- missing surround on the sprinkler head , huge wiping streak from cleaning on bathroom mirror, some rust and typical unsightly bathroom edge stuff in the shower. AC works very well, it'll freeze you if you're on that side of the bed. Breakfast was ok, needed some extra cook time on the sausages, maybe some hashbrowns or something too would have been good. Bottom line, would I stay again? Yes, most likely.

Everyone was friendly, pool was nice, perfect spot with shopping and food nearby. Only con is that elevator rattles a lot. Not smooth ride
