This is a cool, quirky hotel. The location is amazing and it’s quiet even though it’s on the main strip. I never had a problem with street noise
I’ll list some pros first, then cons:
Pros
1. Quiet
2. Big room
3. Main tourist street and walkable to everything
4. Lots of dining options around
5. Mini bar
6. Huge soaking tub if you are into that stuff.
Cons-
1. No coffee maker in room
2. Hotel restaurant food was pretty good at dinner, but I wasn’t crazy about the breakfast
3. Bed was very hard and the pillows can’t be fluffed or adjusted. I have a bad neck, so I always have to fluff a pillow to get a comfortable spot. These pillows are a firm memory foam so they cannot be fluffed.
4. DO NOT share a room with a friend unless you enjoy watching one another shower and use the toilet. The shower is connected to the bedroom which is solid glass. So you can see everything going on in the bathroom from the bedroom. Maybe great for some honeymooners, but very awkward for anyone else.

Stayed at Les Fleurs twice in about a week's time, three nights total, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Both rooms I had were gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was always warm and welcoming. The proximity to both the blue (National Palace of Culture station) and the yellow (Serdika station) subway lines made getting to the bus station or the airport very easy. Price was very reasonable considering its location on the lively and central Vitosha Blvd. Added the breakfast to my room, and was glad I did that, too. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s definitely a different style to most other hotels in terms of the interior design which was refreshing. The shower and bath tub were excellent.
I enjoyed my stay for 1 night and would definitely stay there again. The location is also really good - right in the centre of Sofia.

Location, location, location! Hotel is right on a magnificent pedestrian street downtown; people watching, many restaurants fast food and sit down with table cloth), shopping, etc. Hotel has very nice rooms, and the breakfast restaurant (part of the hotel) adjoins the pedestrian street.

This was a really great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean with good amenities. The bathroom has a nice shower, a bidet, and a deep soaker tub while the bed is really comfortable. Noise wise, in the bed area it was quiet but near the door it was a bit noisier. Only knock was that the shower door leaked a bit, but that is a minor issue that can easily be fixed. Will definitely stay here again. The location could not be better, right on Vitohsa Boulevard which is a happening place with a ton of bars and restaurants within walking distance

breakfast is poor - staff does not understand English and the "fitness breakfast" consists of plain yoghourt, some sirup and 4 raspberries + granola (the granola was excellent) - the "sliced fruit platter" was a banana (with peel in one piece) - when I asked for the sliced fruit, or other fruit I received an apple cut in four pieces (unpeeled) - orange juice, from a carton or bottle, not freshly squeezed was only served upon request and the coffee was just ok. The "choice" of bread was reduced to few slices of baguette.

Very central location in the middle of the main walking street. Free parking right outside the hotel, but limited number of them. Small hotel with few services. Breakfast is basic, and not buffet. Hotel restaurant is otherwise OK. Our room (executive) was fine and spacious.

Overall ok - beds are comfy, location is great. But the rooms are dark, service is not at par. There was no iron in room, asked for one and they said it can be provided next day, had to call again for one. Breakfast is poor quality and the service at breakfast is not great (Chips and Egg). For the amount they charge, its advised to stay at other branded hotels.

The property is in a great location. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff assisted us with items we needed but not overly friendly. The server in the restaurant did not speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate. Overall this is an excellent location, great price, and very nice. It is one of the nicer hotels in the area

Great little hotel! The location is perfect because it's right by the Pedestrian walkway with all sorts of shops and restaurants. The hotel has two parking spots in front. The front desk staff could not be more helpful or friendly. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent. Try the fitness breakfast - it's a work of art. The room is on the small side but adequate with fridge, safe, and a large bathroom. The fixtures are modern and the water is hot. Loved it all!

This is just such a nice hotel. It is right in the middle of the downtown so you can walk to all of the sights. The room was spacious with comfy beds, and lookout over the city. Just really cozy and beautiful rooms. (love the intarsia floors)

We stayed for 5 days while using Sofia as a base to explore the region. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping us to book taxis to and from the airport, and being available to answer our questions. Should we return to Sofia, we will likely stay here again.

Decor and design was over the top and unique.
Located right in the middle of restaurants, public transit, and downtown sightseeing.
Breakfast was decent (provided by adjacent restaurant), but you only get one shot of expreso. For some reason there is no kleenex in the room. Otherwise, it has everything else including an electric iron curtain roller to block the sunlight.

The Fleurs hotel is a lovely boutique hotel next to Vitosha, Sofia’s largest and liveliest pedestrian street. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The sound proofing from the outside noise was superb but we heard systemic internal banging sounds in our room. Not sure if they were the elevator mechanism (would have been strange since we were on the other side of hall and not on top floor) or other clients (also unlikely since the noise seemed somewhat predictable). I was thankful for my White Noise app and Bluetooth ear pods. However, our friends did not have the noise problem at all. We agree with reviewers that the shower floor needs TLC. The set menu breakfast choices were varied, fresh and prepared well. Unfortunately, the mini fridge was never cold and could have been better stocked.
