Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. It’s a good location and has many amenities. The space is dated as far as decor but that is to be expected on the Cape. We had a few issues but they were resolved to my satisfaction. Our mattress was a little hard and could have used a foam padding. Most importantly my wife enjoyed our stay here more than our previous place we have stayed at in the Cape.

Had one small complaint. Didn’t care for the pillows. Suite was just so cute with shiplap walls. Large rooms. Nice staff. Very pleasant.

The room was big enough and comfortable. The room could’ve been a little cleaner. There was a lot of dust behind the beds and in the bathroom ceiling fan.

Although the room was clean the room did not have air conditioning. The kitchen floor needed repair. Hocks were broken in the bathroom. Needs outside paint.

Left hotel , excessive black mold in hvac, in two rooms immediately left after checking in, was only there for 15 min

The room we stayed in was completely outdated. The bed frame was broken. Changing to the guest couch was not much better with a not so clean mattrass. The room has no air conditioning and was above 80 deg F. The little noisy wall fan was of not much use. If you have kids, the TV is the size of the average small computer screen. Overall the room experience don't meet price and advertisement at all.
The good part, the location with a short walk to the beach and close proximity to Provincetown. Check in personal was very friendly. I could not make a check out experience as there was no person available.
In overall not the best lodging experience.

Loved this property. The only con would be the TV's (brought kids), they were old. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools and private beach. We had a full kitchen, full refrigerator, double balcony suite. Will come back again. Wish I knew that they served breakfast but that was okay since we brought food with us. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful.

The property was in poor repair with pealing paint, stains on the carpeting, multiple light bulbs burned out and no air conditioning. The bed was a pull down Murphy bed with a very hard mattress. There were many rooms which were boarded up for uncertain reasons. This was a complete rip off.

The property is obviously an older one that, while in not completely awful conditions needs renovation to:
Add elevators for ADA compliance;
replace worn and in areas very dirty carpeting;
add AC in rooms;
replace worn sofa beds and mattresses on beds, because, while clean, they show thier age; to start.

So the only thing I didn’t like about the room was they have no A/C units in the rooms! Stayed during a heat wave and after spending all day out in the sun coming back to an oven of a room wasn’t ideal..luckily at night there was a nice breeze. So if you are someone that likes to sleep in the cold I would look elsewhere outherwise everything was good

Only 2 cars per room that we were unaware of. Had multiple people traveling from different areas with different cars. Management allowed parking arrangements due to not being aware of the parking policies. No elevator during the summer, overall a good experience.

Wonderful stay! Ample parking & the view was spectacular! 8 min drive to commercial street and stores/ culture were close by.

No AC in the waterfront units. That was not communicated clearly and was unable to cancel the second night. There are other places comparable nearby that are nicer and same price. Not worth the money they charge. Location was nice .

Ocean view with balcony was fantastic. Room had plenty of everything. It was very quiet, never heard any walking or talking. Air conditioners would have been nice but, the breeze from the balcony was wonderful.

The view from the ocean suite is stunning and the location is great. However the property condition is pretty bad. Toilet didn't work great, stains on couches, rust in the bathroom, paint chippinga way...

It’s a two and a half star hotel. It’s clean, cheaper than other places and near town. It needs updates on the appliances in the room, some are really old and rusting. Sleeping sofa and Murphy bed are not the most comfortable. But, if are not going to spend your day in bed and just need a place to crush, that works just fine

Not walkable to Commercial St and all the fun stuff BUT tons of parking, right on the beach, clean and safe. Not fancy by any means but a safe and reliable option a little further out from town

Nice hotel, zero communication, arrived at 5 pm, no one at desk, “checked in” as I was checking out. Hot tub not open.

We have celebrated our daughter's birthday at the Sandcastle Resort on and off the last 6 years and we continue to go back it is clean ,quiet, an affordable not much has changed in 6 years but we actually enjoy that .We will continue to go back every year I highly suggest it

Came during off season. Very quiet and peaceful. Beds very comfortable.

In the middle of winter I needed to be in Provincetown to meet a store owner. Sinc eit is quite aa drive I decided t stay the night before the meeting, Luckily The Sandcastle has a great location. I was confused as to what to do when I got here but quickly figured it out. Fazzinis Italian was great and the studio is very comfortable.

Checkin was easy and the woman was nice. Pool room had broken windows and was freezing cold. Exercise room wasn1 1970 treadmill and 5lb weights. Room was small but standard, Murphy bed wasnt as comfortable as it could have been

it was a great stay except for the cleaning guy that stomped around in the room above me for the whole morning Sunday. Its a huge hotel spread out!!!!!!
