I was simply impressed by the honesty of my maid.I had accidentally left open my safe with frankly a lot of valuables and there it was all there! Also, the room was spotless .In most places it would have simply disappeared.I commended the maid to the hotel staff and as well happily surprised her with a very decent gift.Fist, hotel comment I have ever made.Thank you

Poor service and the room size was not the same as our booking in June.

Two bedroom apartment with living area and a kitchenette. Comes with washing machine/dryer which is convenient for long stay. Overall, very clean and comfortable.

Vedy friendly front desk staff. 1st time stay at the hotel impressed me with the room size and free drinks (in the fridge) and snacks. Resort facilities are good for family. Walking distance to many malls in Siam.

Stayed at the hotel for a few days for the second year around. Service and everything else is kept at a standard. Will come back again next year and it is surely recommended.

We stayed in a two bedroom which was extremely spacious and suitable for our travelling party of 3 adults and 1 baby. Located a bit further from shops than other hotels- this was a challenge for us as the pathways/weather arent baby friendly.
Staff were always attentive. Great breakfast buffet. On site thai restaurant was very tasty. Gym, pool, spa and sauna were all excellent. Kids room and entertainment area also a plus. Kids room could have a few more toys for playing, but is a very safe space with seats and walls all padded.

1. buffet breakfast was somehow disappointing. most cuisines were just average/regular western style. no comparison to what we had in the same place back in 2018.

Amazing hotel right in the centre of the bustling heart of Bangkok. Spacious rooms with a small kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, plenty of storage, many power outlets, big pool and amazing staff. The reception helped us book taxis for the day and to the airport and answered all our questions regarding other things as well.
Things they can improve is bowls in the kitchen in the room and a drying rack for laundry. The hangers couldn't be moved so drying wet clothes was a bit of a challenge.

Upon arrival our room had not been properly cleaned. We had to request additional housekeeping to clean. Interestingly, there's one coffee maching for the entire hotel in the lobby, unless you queue up for the hotel breakfast which lasts until 10am (or so). The hotel is promoted as a 5-star hotel but in my opinion it's not really. Nonetheless, it's not a bad stay, just not awesome which is something to consider when comparing with other places. It's close to everything which is good, and near the BTS. All in all, it's average, nothing spectacular. One more consideration, there's no alcohol served on the premises. If you want a glass of wine or beer, you have to go somewhere else.

Booked to stay at GCP for a 10 day business trip. Price and location was what attracted me to the hotel. It was my first visit. Must say was not impressed at all with the check in process which took almost 30 mins. While the room was really very spacious and appreciated the kitchenette, the room did have a stale and musty smell. I also missed the fact that the lobby did not have a cocktail bar. Other than that, manageable.

It's a truly 5 star hotel and very few truly 5 star hotels on Expedia. It has everything from a big swimming pool to kid's arcade play area! Very clean room with Japanese toilet! The only thing that could do better is the breakfast buffet.

The hotel was quite clean, got a free upgrade to 1 bedroom suite, both check in and check out was pretty effective, conveniently located near 2 BTS line, CentralWorld shopping complex, and BigC grocery. From airport to hotel within 1 hour, if choose taxi/limo, takes 1 hour and 45 minutes

Hotel is within walking distance to BTS station and Siam area. Room is also very spacious

Hotel location was great very walkable and the suite was beautiful. However, I don't think that the air conditioners are maintained very well since there was a persistent stale smell in the room and corridors which kind spoiled it. The staff were kind but unable to help with a non working washing machine in the suite.

Rooms are cleaned every day. Food from the buffet was diverse. Room service was prompted and professional. Kids enjoyed the pool, playground and complimentary hot coco. Conveniently located to all the big malls.

Amazing for the rate I paid. We had a great them staying in the hotel for 5 nights. The room is spacious with excellent natural sunlight. The pool and the facilities floor where the gym is are all in excellent condition. The location is great as guests can walk to central wolrd shopping mall, big C and Siam Paragon as well.

It’s an old property but pretty well maintained . They r using the old wooden shutters , nice touch but its a pain come morning and u needed a blackout room.

This is very well maintained property. The staff is very courteous and always willing to assist. Professional good service culture combined with Thai hospitality. Rooms are large, bed is comfortable and there is a high level of cleanliness that is ensured by a diligent housekeeping department.

The staff was nice, the hotel amenities were nice. The rooms were cleaned daily, but my room smelled of smoke, I didn’t know the hotel was not smoke free. The hotel was centrally located in Bangkok, which was good to get to different locations.
