My husband took me on a mini getaway to st Augustine and we stayed at this precious gem. We stayed at the Diamond Suite. It’s a beautiful, private , clean cottage only a 30sec walk down the street from the main dining where all the other rooms are . This is a perfect honey moon suite . We enjoyed the jetted tub/kitchen/living room/private parking . My favorite part of this location is that it’s by everything and a short walk from all main dining and attractions. We would take mini breaks from all the walking and enjoy complimentary waters and sodas in our fridge and get right back to walking . We had an accommodating and relaxing experience at Carriage Way B&B.

Our stay could not have been any better! Jess and the whole staff were friendly, accommodating, flexible and very helpful. I look forward to another stay at another time.

We had a lovely stay in the Gold Room in the private cottage. Property is in the heart of the historic district w/ all restaurants & shopping in walkable distance. Friendly staff. Would book again!

We had the opportunity to stay 3 wonderful nights at the Carriage Way Inn and the property is an absolute gem. Service is the best we ever received in a Florida Bed & Breakfast or Hotel. Jess and her team are just perfect. The location is excellent and within walking distance of almost everything. Free parking and you dont need the car at all for a few relaxing days. Breakfast was delicious 😋. We will definitely be back and highly recommended the Carriage Way to all future travelers. Thank you Jess and Team for such a wonderful stay!

Wine at check-in was nice touch. Very friendly staff. Room was pleasant; bed was a lil high for this 5’1 person. Found the step stool (under the chair) the next morning. So close to restaurants, bars and shops. Everything was in walking distance.

My stay was wonderful. I was traveling solo for a lottle birthday getaway. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was ready early and i was able to quickly get checked in and get my weekend in St. Augustine started. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance. I didnt need to move my car for the entire time I was there. I will definitely stay here again.

Each room is an art creation of color and furniture pieces. The breakfast was magnificent. Many details such as a selection of wines available to guests without charge and excellent coffee to name just 2 were available. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The location within Old St Augustine is perfect. Our only 'complaint' was the smallest rooms and the feeling of many rooms packed into a smallish volume led to concerns of potential noise problems if the place were packed. It was not full when we were there, and those concerns were not realized. I loved it.

The Emerald room was absolutely amazing.

We picked the Carriage Way as our usual spot in St.Augustine was unavailable. What great luck. It’s everything you want in a bed and breakfast. The staff make you welcome from the second you walk in the door. The location is second to none, and the rooms are charming and comfortable. I think we have a new favourite place.

The best B&B we’ve stayed at in downtown St Augustine.

They gave the perfect personal touch in everything. Breakfast made to order, and tasted wonderful. The B&B was gorgeous. Our room was was beautiful, except for the mattress…to dog gone hard!!! Everything else was a 10 in ratings! We will return for a second visit! We celebrated my 67th birthday and 41 1/2 years of marriage! This will be a memorable vacation for years to come!

My husband and I took a two day trip to St. Augustine prior to going on our cruise in Jacksonville. It was both of our first time staying in a bed and breakfast, and to say that we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. From the moment we walked into the Carriage Way Inn we fell in love. We rented the Amethyst room that had its own separate entrance, which was very nice. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and the place was beyond beautiful, as well as being very clean. This bed-and-breakfast definitely has historic charm. It was within a block of everything we could not have asked for a better location. We were so busy exploring that I did not get many pictures if any at all of the bed-and-breakfast, but trust me, you will not be disappointed. We plan on visiting again around the holidays.

This place was wonderful. We were within walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in the historic district. They provided a great breakfast. It was quiet. Staff were friendly. Room had a comfy bed and nice bathroom. Definitely will stay again.

This charming Victorian in the heart of the St. Augustine historic district is close enough to the action to allow us to walk to everything but a couple of streets off the busy touristy areas, a real plus when you want to take a break or drop off something at the room. We were impressed how quiet it was, we never heard noise from the other guests. The assistant GM, Jess, welcomed us like family. And the breakfasts and evening cookies were awesome.

One of the best, if not the best B&B in St Agustine; and I have stayed in many. Lovely host! Cookies, wine, and soft drinks available all day in lounge. Breakfast was fabulous. Room was clean and quiet. AC worked like a charm. 5 out of 5 in all areas. Lots of parking availability.

Every aspect of the stay was perfect; we could not have asked for more. The location was walkable everywhere. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and seemed to enjoy being of service to us. Breakfast was spot-on and coffee, beverages, and cookies were available 24/7. We loved this place and would return.

What a great find! Location is perfect - you're a couple minutes walk to the main historic area filled with attractions, shopping and bars/food - but not so close, which translates to a good nice sleep and a nice quiet breakfast on the porch. The breakfast was outstanding. The wine and sodas flow freely. The room we were in (Silver Cottage) was fabulous (husband said best night sleep in forever, so comfortable). And the staff absolutely top notch. And really - for the price, a great value. Highly recommend, and will be back.

Such a delight to stay here. We would recommend this Inn without hesitation. The amenities were wonderful & too many to name. Sandy, the manager, was the best & so helpful with all our questions. You also couldn’t ask for a better location.

The Carriage Way Inn was by far the best bed and breakfast I have been in. The employees were wonderful, helpful , and truly seemed to enjoy their positions. The room was very clean and all details were thought out. I couldnt think of one item for them to improve on. One block from all the activities , free parking.
