The ease of checkin, to our request honored for a higher floor; the room was clean and inviting. I have never been so impressed with a hotel that this place will be our go to when in the area.

made a reservation through Hotel.com by mistake and tried to cancel it immediately after. I contacted them and asked to cancel through their virtual agent. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that they had charged me for 10 days. After a day of chatting with them, they finally said they couldn’t do anything. Be careful not to book through this website if you don’t want to waste your money.

Due to fumigation in our apartment building we needed to stay at a hotel and found this on hotels.com. Our stay turned to be an amazing weekday get away. Staff is so accommodating and cheerful. We let them know that we needed to work and turn on our computers asap and if it’s possible to check in early and they let us in immediately with no issue. Complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea are additional gesture that they provide. The room was very clean, good size, quiet and airy. To tell the truth, we slept so good :) Thank you so much, Best Western team and keep up the good work!

Arrived late and check-in was quick and smooth. Received a cold bottle of water and some cookies which was a nice surprise. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best offerings I had seen in a while.

This property was amazing! A hidden jewel that I will be back for another stay. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very friendly. My room was equally amazing, clean and everything we needed to make our stay one to remember. We are centrally located to the beach, food areas & shopping. Love this place and I will stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Avita Suites. Rodrigo and the staff at the front desk was most helpful and pleasant. The complementary breakfast selection is great and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The location was perfect for us while visiting family in the area. We really enjoyed the variety at breakfast. The A/C was a little loud and annoying, but that is a common problem in most hotels with wall units.

Treadmill broken-does not run at constant speed. Staff notified. Returned weeks later was still broken. They seem to store the exercise bike on the one treadmill they have.

This place is definitely my go to when I’m in the South Bay! It’s reasonably priced, great parking, all fenced in (safe!), super clean, 24/7 COFFEE, big rooms, centrally located, great staff.
