The hotel is older do i understand its nit in the best of shape but the bathrooms in the pool area were not cleaned overnight and nor was the weight room (which was minimally stocked). It neighbored with a very run down motel housing long term renters.
I was disappointed when asking for late checkout that i was abruptly told no since i booked with third party. This has never happened before, usually hotels will accommodate when they can.
The breakfast was good and the staff working that area were super nice and it was very clean.

Everything was great about the hotel. There was a staff member who went around to everyone at breakfast and said hello. I didn't get her name. She was very warm and friendly. I hope she is recognized for her kindness

Main entrance is not easy to find if you're not familiar. When entering the parking lot, stay to the right and drive all the way around to the back. If you go to the left, it's a long way around and it can be crowded with cars and people from the other place.

Don’t do to many reviews but had to this 1!!! Room was “NON SMOKING” but smelt like cigarettes & feet, there was women’s hair in tub & men’s hairs in sink, the blankets & sheets weren’t tucked in the bed, and they were badly wrinkled. Now although these were my issues on the negative side the positives were an easy check in process, PLENTY of parking around hotel, and many options at breakfast… would I stay again NO, but did wanna point out both positive and negative from my stay

We’re just finishing up our stay and we’d be happy to come back again. The place was clean and comfortable and easy to get around. The free breakfast was yummy and conveniently located. The beds were comfy and the A/C was just right. We are drying off from our pool/hot tub time now and although the chlorine level was really high in the hot tub, I appreciate that it was so I know it was cleaned recently. The pool water was warmer than most indoor pools and was just right for my enjoyment. I have really appreciated the care that was put in here and I’m grateful we choose this hotel to stay at. The next time we go visit my aunt, we will be staying here again at our halfway mark to cut down on the driving time. Thank you for the hospitality!

Not the best beds double small not comfortable room small slight smell and some lights did not work and no maintenance to fix on weekends just a little out dated

Property outdated furniture old and peeling mold was in the bathtub. Dark and gloomy outside . Right next to a motel with shady people hanging outside . More like a motel than a hotel. Fire department came we had to check out early because of carbon monoxide . This is definitely not of Marriott standard . Don’t do it!!!!

I did not like how you book a certain type of room, and get to the location and it’s not available.. if I book 2 bed I would like to get 2 beds, if not don’t show it’s available on the website.

It was kind of tucked in behind another hotel and was difficult to see where it was. The staff were great as well as the rooms and breakfast.

so to be honest headboard looked like it was about 10 years old and damaged, room smelled like there was a wet dog in the room before hand .. very concerning and not as what would be expected for a hotel of this level no matter the area ... breakfast was EHH eggs were cold .. sausage was cold.. only thing that was hot was the waffles made to self order or the items came out of the toaster

Check in wasn’t done properly and keys didn’t work, had to go back to front desk, when taking shower water never drained from tub, stood in water well above ankles, there were orange cracker crumbs at bed skirt, could have been vacuumed better.

Very clean great location. Room said pullout sofa was a queen and was only a twin. No sheets pillows or anything for the pullout. And then the extra fees they charged u when u go to check in saying the site u used don't include those when on the site i booked from said all fees r included in booking the hotel room.

After staying at Fairfield properties in Moncton NB and Statesville NC, we could not be more disappointed with this property. The furniture looked like it came out of a college dorm. No hand cream and only one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. Ice machine was filthy on the outside, so can't imagine when it was last cleaned. A terrible spot.

I was told that I couldn’t reserve rooms at this hotel cause I was a Wilkes Barre resident. The receptionist was nice to let me stay for the night as I didn’t know the rules but she said I would be turned away if I reserve a room here again.

The staff is unbelievable helpful and polite, the property lobby, common areas, pool, gym in excellent condition ; but elevators were not clean and it was few issues with the room.
I went to front desk to tell them but I left 2 days after and it wasn’t taking care of it.

This is a very nice hotel. We were there two nights and We would have liked someone to replace the coffee that we used on the first night.. That is our only complaint.
