The location

I loved the way it looked, and the room, bed and everything was comfortable and amazing. It’s definitely worth it the only thing wrong was truly just super super small things that didn’t impact our stay at all, I would honestly stay here all the time and the location was immaculate!

Some things were not kept up or cleaned… the gym was small & definitely wasn’t cleaned for awhile (the bathroom i mean) & there was a cupboard in our room that was falling apart, and the hair dryer was not good at all…

Very modern and clean hotel. The room was large, the decorations looked elegant and modern. The beds were comfortable, even the bedding was smoother and more comfortable than what I have experienced at other hotels. The lobby looked very fancy and we were impressed by all the amenities that we unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy. The girl at the front desk in the morning was extremely nice. I think her name was Shirley or Sheryl. She had a smile on her face that was just what I needed when I checked out! The Hilton just has a different - higher - standard than other hotels. Very happy with this hotel and will be sure to book it again when we're in the area.

Coffee was disappointing

Booked on booking app, even sent me an email that i booked, and when i got there said no room, all full, i was told they didn't even see my booking, speechless.

As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a very strong odor of dogs. The air was off so it was stuffy and made it worse. The bathroom floor was not cleaned very well and the carpet area had not been vacuumed well as we found wrappers and Kleenex by the beds. Very disappointing as we stay here often.

The room smelled awful

The fridge/microwave setup was neat with plenty of room my snacks and beverages. Close proximity to good Japanese restaurant. Great breakfast at the hotel.

This has become our go to place whenever we visit family here. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Rooms and all common areas are clean. Overall a great place.

Spacious room, clean, good lighting, comfortable bed, easy access off the highway. Right next to a Japanese restaurant and a Starbucks.

Breakfast didn’t look appetizing, so we didn’t spend the money

The friendliness of desk staff, and their acknowledgment of me while still assisting another customer. The room was perfect size & bed sooo comfortable- I think it was the best of any I’ve had in any other hotel!

The location was phenomenal! we loved being close to restaurants, stores and the Mohegan Sun Arena.

I love the location with restaurants and Walmart so close by. The hotel is always very clean and I've been there multiple times and it's consistent. The staff are always very kind and helpful. I like that there is a jacuzzi and pool. Great hotel.

I literally only have one complaint. I've visited the hotel during every season. In the very hot summer and freezing winters. I do not like the heating/AC system. It appears as if each room has their own access and control, but that is not the case. I've gone in the winter where the heat is up so high we could barely breathe and none of us were able to sleep because we were sweating and so uncomfortable. In the summer we tried to put the AC on because the room was so hot but it is fixed and you cannot change it. I was there yesterday and spent one night and we were so hot and uncomfortable. It was the first time I considered possibly looking for another hotel. Which I would hate to do because I really love everything else about the hotel. I wish that could just be fixed.
