Loved this hotel. The location is amazing, very central and close to metro and busses. Service was great and they even helped me with storing a suitcase. Will definitely stay here on the next trip back to Seoul.

We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine on check in to celebrate our wedding anniversary, breakfast was an excellent spread. Though coffee was not as good as you might expect, though everything else was as you’d expect for a premium hotel without pool spa facilities.

We had the most amazing stay at Ryse. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodated our every request. The rooms are really smartly designed and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring nearby Hongdae but is also right next to Hongik University station which enables easy travel to all main areas of Seoul.

The hotel is very stylish, and the triple bedroom even includes a small living room. However, I would have appreciated a notice that the face masks and toothbrushes are charged separately. Given the room rate, I assumed these amenities were complimentary.

The overall of the hotel is good!
Location is good. But the design of the washroom ventilation is weak! The idea of separating the toilet and shower is good, but it should provide an individual bin inside the toilet.

Quiet on the 10th floor and great staff and facilities. Area has a train stop less than two blocks away that goes to Airports GMP and Incheon.
Two callouts:
- It seems the thermostat doesn’t go below 68 Fahrenheit (which was totally fine for us). I may be completely wrong.
- The toilet and shower we had were clear/transparent from the bedroom. Again, not an issue for us.

The hotel staff made wonderful suggestions about restaurants. However, we were only allowed one room card a check in…why?! And the hotel bar is not good - closes for events, food is mediocre. The AC is weak. However, the location was great.

For check-in, have to go 3rd floor. The drop-off area is behind the hotel and taxi dropped us in the main road facing the main entrance.

The building itself was so much fun. The view in our room was expectacular! Saturday night, it got anbit noisy, young people living life I expected in the area. The cafe and the restaurant was really good as well, great service from everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel. Since the entrance people were welcoming and it felt peaceful and clean. The room was amazing, spacious, clean, and with really good details. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options to choose from. Great location.

Loved how convenient this location was for accessing public transportation. It was just a short walk to the line 2 subway. Also, the service was great and the staff was always friendly. The only thing I would’ve changed is getting a room on a higher floor as it could get a bit noisy.

Room was small for 4 people, my reservation was to accommodate 4 people but the 2nd bed was just sa sofa bed converted to a double bed. The hallways are dark due to dark carpets and grey color walls. Not enough lights.

If I could give this hotel and it’s staff 10 stars I would. The young staff were always so helpful, sweet and polite. All spoke English This place is upbeat and hip. It brought me joy just walking into the lobby which is filled with sunlight and youthful Energy. Centrally located. Convenient cafe on first floor Delicious food in the hotel restaurant especially the dinners. An easy walk to the restaurants and cafes It is one of the most comfortable joyous stays I’ve had in a hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. All the essential amenities you want in a hotel. They actually have complimentary face masks to help you relax. This modern hotel is centrally located to shopping, cafes, restaurants and spas. There are street vendors and food stalls within a 5 minute walk. The happening “Homg Dae” street is 5 minutes away. I would definitely come back and stay here.

This property is a dream. It is located in such a good area in Seoul and there is stuff to do at every corner. The staff was amazing and made me and my wife’s trip incredible.
