Unfortunately, the TV reception for 7 & 9 were non-existent.

It was only an ok stay, I booked my room with a King Bed only to find I was given a room with two single beds, that's ok but the beds were rather small and uncomfortable. On one of the nights, I went to turn on the TV to watch the cricket only to find for some reason there was no TV aerial. I called reception only to be told they had no spare aerials and nothing they could do. My question is why was there no aerial in the first place? I had to sleep with the windows open as the room had a smell to it that wasn't overpowering but a little unpleasant. Shame it was disappointing.

We found this property to be one of the worst we have stayed in. The lounge was falling apart and very uncomfortable and the cushions were also frayed. We chose not to use the stove as the dials had no markings as to which one we were using. The bed was most uncomfortable, not the plush bedding advertised on the website. When we asked for the fly screen to be put back on the balcony window the day manager appeared unwilling to arrange for it to be done. The handyman did do it for us. One night during our stay a person in the adjoining room tried to enter our room uninvited. My husband had to secure the door. Next morning he went to the office to raise our concerns and request the door to be locked. The same day manager trivialised his concern about our safety and was unwilling to address the issue. Two of the cleaning staff came to our room later in the day and secured the door. They were most apologetic. Overall we were unhappy with our stay and would not recommend it.

The room was a good size and the a/c in both bedrooms plus lounge area was well used as it was mid 30c outside. Having a kitchenette and full-size fridge for a family of 4 is great. Management was helpful. Good location, short walk to Gladstone Valley Shopping Centre and the main street.

Nice and spacious apartment, very clean. Sofa in the living room is bit outdated, but overall it was a good stay. Arrive after hours, received a text how to get the key. very straightforward process

They happily moved us to another room that was closer to the entry and was better suited for a mobility trolley.

Very helpful staff, got a room upgrade too. Extremely clean and well equipped kitchen.

For the price paid, this apartments was dissapointing. Lounge suite was unusable, An air conditioning unit in the bedroom was noisy. Will be trying an alternative hotel when I travel to Gladstone again.

Comfortable stay in the centre of Gladstone

Have stayed at the Quest on earlier trips too, and have always found the place convenient, comfortable and meeting my requirements. The staff are welcoming, warm, friendly and accommodating with requests.

We have stayed in over 100 hotels in australia and america so we can tell the good from the bad. Quest Gladstone out did every hotel we have stayed in particularly the lady on duty that night. Well done!

Check in was great friendly and welcoming girl at reception. The Apartment was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. This property is in a great location walking distance to restaurants pubs and shops. I would happily stay here again.
