Entire room was gross. Bed sheets were stained. Towels with blood stains. One of the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes. Mini fridge door was hanging off. Was 15 minutes late for checkout and hotel staff were very annoyed and anything that I asked for 10 more minutes.

When we got into the room, there was a sticky, wet substance spilled all over the nightstand. It was on the phone And the tv remote and the floor. It was beer. Someone had also stuffed toilet paper into the peephole on the door. The tv remote only worked to change the channel or volume, so the tv had to be turned on with a button on the back of it. In doing so, we realized it was not very secure on the wall. Also there were a lot of unavailable channels, and the ones that were available were in Spanish or for the blind. The people downstairs would frequently beat on their ceiling (our floor) because we were *walking too loud?* during daylight hours. People would sit on the stairs outside and smoke, blocking the walkway. We were told we could not cook anything when we checked in, which is inconvenient when on a budget.

This hotel is currently being remodeled. Many of the rooms are completed with new floors, mattresses, TV, furniture, vanities and so one. The people who own it and work there are very kind people. Overall i think this budget hotel is a good place to stay.

Nothing was good i didnt like anything

By far, the most dingy run-down room and general property I have stayed at in many years. 1st they need to update their photos the pool in the picture is actually a concrete slab. I had to discard the used soap and wrapper from the previous guest which made me Leary of weather the shower got cleaned at all. The fixture on the sink was either broken or loose and water went all over the floor when you used it. The towels were gray stained and looked like they were used as floor mopping towels sheethad 2 burn holes and 1 inch tear. No microwave in the room. And the worst is they charged a $75 deposit like a 5 star hotel! The worst is the insulunt staff when I asked for another room they wanted me to pay double the $320 I paid already!! When I left I felt I needed to get to a shower to wash the filth off of me. I was shocked and appauled at the entire stay. It should be condemned in my opinion. And send the staff to hospitality training to learn how to speak to the paying customer and not be so rude and indigent.

No microwave in room,couldnt axcess wifi.Tv needed a pin number to get channels. Dirt on floor,pool was closed.Coffee in lobby was almost non existent,and cold,and air conditioner was very noisy.Wont be staying here again.

T.V. Did not work & it had a strong odor of bug spray.

The desk clerk was rude. We had problems communicating with him, and when I had to explain to him that bank card froze up due to unusual activity and he charged my card twice for the deposit he could not understand me and would not remove the second charge. The room had obviously not been cleaned before I was checked in. I had it reserved for two nights, but didn’t even bother to go back for the second night so I just lost my money.

The bathtub was not properly clean; therefore, I was unable the shower or bathe. Other than that, the room was well stocked and clean, the property was clean and it was quiet with adequate outdoor lighting and parking.

The room had people in it right before we got it. Receptacles didn't work. No toilet paper or wash clothes. We checked to make sure things eere available and I had to run to the store for meds. When I returned my husband told me the problems and I went to the front desk to ask for a different room. The desk person gave me a new room but also a hard time and eas rude because it had been a couple of hours before I reported it.

The stay was good, I didn't get the king size bed I thought I was getting when I pre paid for the room. Other than that everything was as expected.

Outside is questionable but inside is spotless

*The stay was definitely nothing to write home about. Not only was the room filthy, the staff was rude as can be. If you have a dog that whines, or barks when they hear banging on the wall, or people arguing, don't go. The people in the next room were fighting and banging on the wall, so the rude manager decided that we were being kicked out because our dog made a noise. There was no discussion! Not only did they tell us to get out, they charged and ripped us off a nights stay from our refund because it was after 11am when they told us to leave. The people a few rooms down were kicked out the same day because they were accused of smoking in the room...But guess what, neither of them were smokers! Also they allow drug dealers to loiter on the property and they do nothing when you tell them that people are knocking on your door looking for drugs. Luckily an officer was called by a bystander and one was arrested! Also there is no pool or microwave in the rooms as they advertise.

As soon as i got there the guy behind the desk tried to make me pull out cash to pay even though i already put my card in online can only assume hes trying to scam people you cant hardly understand them and they give you dirty looks everytime you walk out place stinks and is dirty

Next to a fire station, be ready to hear sirens. Was clean, but one of my lights didn’t work.

Chose it because it had a pool only to find that the pool was filled in with dirt and rock. Room was TINY, dirty, smelled awful, with crappy beds and pillows. 👎

The room was clean and seemed to be in good repair. It's the basic necessities for an overnight stay.

They are RACIST!!! The room was payed for three days in advance and they told us we couldn't stay beyond three days and then you have to leave for two more days and can come back after that but there were other guests that were there for weeks and they said nothing to them!!! The entire staff is indian from India and you can't even understand what they are saying!!! They don't communicate well!!! This place was a dump!! And they said their pool will not be available until next year!! I will NEVER come back here and hope they shut this place down PERMANENTLY!!!

Hotel is in a state of remodel. Sheetrock, toilets, are outside of units in rear of hotel. Big issue, was that key cards would not code. I had to go to front desk 4x over 2 night stay to get access to room. On 2nd night, manager had to manually let me in as the Terry went out in the auto lock.before check in, I tried to verify my reservation and manager was very brief, hanging up on me the first time, this I had to call back. Overall, I should have paid more to stay elsewhere.

Refrigerator gasket full of mold, floor in room sticky with circular stain, no sink stopper and water jetted out a spray and wetted my shirt and pants , folded wash cloth on sink dark stains on it, bedding top had holes larger than a quarter. Did not stay and seeking a refund to card. Toilet flushed but took forever.

Staff were very nice. Outside area had a lot of construction and appeared maybe a bit run down, but the room was really clean. It was quiet, no issues with people outside the room or loud neighbors. Nice to be able to park right in front of the room door. Fast check in and check out. Heads up, Expedia customers have to pay a $75 cash deposit, but at check out it was fast and got it right back.

I’d booked non smoking Room. Sign outside the room was also non smoking but the bedsheets were burnt out like cigarettes burning. Cockroaches, and flies were in the room floors are dirty too. There’s no microwave in the rooms. Overall not recommended for future. Sorry

The room was not a king bed they said that they didn’t have any more so I got a queen bed and the shower was very old and not too nice. Probably never will ever stay there again

It smelled like marijuana there was loud drunk people hanging out all night. The rooms were dirty and the lock on the door didn’t work. There was also sketchy stains on the beds that resembled semen.
