My room was away from the elevator, which allowed it to be very, very quiet. I did not hear a lot of ruckus, which was a benefit. I only had one minor issue in the room which I could overlook. I did find a dirty towel hanging on the Bathroom door. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff was very, very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

We booked this place, however because of conditions beyond our control we couldn't get there that day. Hence the ratings and review. I would like to however give my option on NO SHOWS. I think that 50% of the rate is more than acceptable for both sides, yes maybe they could have rented the room to someone else but most of the time NOT. Lets start being FAIR about this, sometimes for whatever reason it just does not work out.

We checked in at 3 and I had to wait for the woman to come help me. She acted annoyed that she had to check me in. The room was adequate, however the shower head was leaky and wasn’t full.

The staff here were all very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and quick. The building is pretty standard, but there was a really good daily breakfast that had a great selection. There were high chairs and places to sit to eat. The rooms were standard. Could use some upgrading but looked clean for the most part. We stayed here and commuted into Salem. It was a very budget friendly choice and ultimately a good one at that.

Did the job. Room maintenance was spotty; a huge mirror fell off its hook in the middle of the night creating a freighting crash. But otherwise ok. GM was on vacation, the remaining employees seemed a little lost.

Just an overnight for wedding further south, but very happy with the short stay. Very comfortable room with amenities. Well stocked grab and go grocery area. Impressive breakfast area and selection. Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient to NH beaches. Affordable. Easy parking and a good hot breakfast. (scrambled eggs, omelets, 2 kinds of sausage, potatoes, waffles)

Curtains were stained and the carpet felt like it needed a good steam clean, otherwise no complaints. The breakfast was better than most with hot dishes, as well as the usual cold items. We were very conveniently located for traveling up into Maine and down to Boston, as well as the NH coast area.

We stayed on the first floor below the lobby in the room smelled like old musty, cigarette smoke. Wallpaper is peeling, door scrapes on the floor. Not sure how you completely redo a room and disregard the aesthetics and odor.

We did like our room and the layout. However, for a family style room, we were basically in the basement corner and it was a hike to the pool, breakfast, etc. The pool area seemed a little dated and not the cleanest. For the price though, it worked for a short stay.

Room smelled like cigarettes! Front desk offered to have someone spray Lysol! Disgusting! Stains on pillowcase. Toilet seat broken. I wish I paid the extra $100 and stayed across the street at The Hilton. Staff was pleasant tho. Room above me was having a party. Didn’t get any sleep and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

The room was very clean, everything was comfortable. The only main issue we had was the front desk gave another couple keys with our room number and access to our room. The couple gained access in to our room while we were in there and it caused a very uneasy feeling.

Normally like hotel for location and affordability. Price went up and the room they gave us looked like it had water damage at one point and was a bad repair. They cut corners on the Reno bc the tile floors were coming and in level. Tough to close the bathroom door. Not great. Also when trying to call for information, they were not available to pick up the phone, had to try a couple of times just to ask one question almost as if they couldn’t be bothered to those who were calling.
While there, the staff was courteous and were quick to service the breakfast area. But rarely saw staff available when you need towels for the pool. Not sure why the towels were in the front desk instead of in the pool area. Overall we had better experiences in this hotel.
