Great location, friendly staff. A great space to stay at for F1 or visiting Abu Dhabi!

Hotel was okay and apartment very spacious and convenient, however in a non-smoking area the bad smoking small was presence almost all time and got worse during night which I was hard for the kids.
Other than that staff was helpful, and room well prepared for a long stay
Area has also many options and it is fully walkable.

The cleanliness of the accommodation and the kitchen utensils and utensils are well maintained, the staff are friendly, and the water management of the swimming pool located on the roof is clean. There was no inconvenience during the stay. I have satisfied sufficiently.

Got back for biz, and got credit for the days not used from living early last time. I do appreciate! Staff very friendly. Thermostat AC system not the best. Central to everything.

The hotel is average. The breakfast is bad. The parking is not available

What an horrible place to stay! The check-in took no less than 45min because they were not able to find a room with a window that closes (the property is really old and seemed to have been poorly maintained). The room was noisy with AC noise all night/day long. The staff was not really able to help much about the issues and they would not even answer the phone when calling from the room. You have to pay an extra to park your car and wait for a while in the morning to pick it up. That was a real disaster for me to stay at this hotel and I would recommend travelers to choose other options within the same price range / area.

Good value for money, large rooms, but got smoking room this time even though I ordered non-smoking. Reception told me that pool would open at 9 am, but it didn't open before 10 am. Overall an OK stay.

The hotel location was good as it was walking distance to the Abu Dhabi Mall. The deluxe suite had a kitchenette which was convenient. The room size was comfortable accommodating an extra single bed for our daughter. The bathroom was really small. The bathroom door would hit the knee of the person using the toilet. The shower area was small too. The hotel provided a big bottle of water everyday and ice was provided when needed. The front desk personnel were helpful. Overall stay was OK..

It was a satisfactory stay. Bed was comfy and overall the room was ample. The only flaw was the WiFi service, which was unstable and had high latency. The food in the hotel is well worth its price.

Al Manzel was the perfect spot to stay while in Abu Dhabi. We were there aabout a week and I can't think of anything negative to say about either the facility or the staff. We added the buffet breakfast to our reservation and loved the convenience, the large variety of foods offered, and the excellent wait staff. Our rooms were spacious, well appointed, and taken care of daily. Reception staff were always ready to help with advice or needed information. Truly an excellent experience!
