Did not clean the room or make up bed. Had to request towels , linen and made my own bed. Carpet not vacuumed because there was skittles on the floor when we checked in and was still there. Complained to staff one gentleman was apologetic but the manager just walked around on his cell phone . First time staying at that hotel and it’ll be my last time staying with holiday inn express.

Nice staff. Easy checkin. Allowed to check in early. Inside/outside clean. Didn’t like a staff member not being able to speak English. Everyday there was a Rollie bug in the bathroom. I guess because we were on the first floor. Liked having a microwave and fridge. But there was no water in room. Bathroom floors extremely slippery when wet. Had to keep a towel on the floor.

It would have been a better rating if we didn’t have to get our keys re-carded at least two to three times a day. This was very irritating because we had go all the way back downstairs then come back up to try the key that would not work

What a great experience. The staff was overly accommodating. Due to unexpected circumstances, I arrived at the hotel very early to hopefully check in. They were in fact able to accommodate me and get me into a room several hours prior to normal check in time. The hotel was clean, quite and very near everything that I needed. I ate dinner at a local restaurant based on recommendations from the hotel staff. It was just as described - delish! I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Customer service was excellent. Both “Quest and Lawanna” were both professional, and went above to make sure everything went well. The property was clean throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Clean. Good location. Lots of fast food and shopping closeby. Hallway didn’t have the AC on. The breakfast wasn’t ready at 6:30am. Otherwise, it was a good stay

The room was very nice, clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Location was good with gas stations, shopping, and restaurants within a short distance. Overall great experience.

The room had a very bad smell that would not go away not even with Lysol plus even the smell stuck to all my clothing would not recommend that hotel….

The front desk told us the WiFi was out and it wasn't going to be fixed till the next day so we couldn't watch tv hours later we went out side and two other rooms where watching tv we flipped threw the Chanel's and low and behold the tv worked the whole time

The beds were super comfortable and the overall hotel was nice.

This was ok for just one night. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was nice. Carpet, doors, and nightstand were dirty. There were a few ants in the bed and inside the bathtub. There was no vending machine on the 2nd floor… overall it was a poor stay but alright for one night.

The hotel building is relatively new and kept in good shape. The room itself was comfortable and clean as well as modern-looking. Bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. The morning breakfast was consistent with other Holiday Inn properties with scrambled eggs and good selection of bread.

Got to room and bathroom door had a large kick mark in it. Room was 91 when we arrived. Air completely turned off. Went to get fan at midnight. Got cool around 2am.
