This february i travelled to chennai and booked this hotel through expedia. Due to technical difficulties my connecting Flight got delayed. So i landed in chennai around 12 Mid night. I booked this hotel and paid in full - When i reach the hotel they said there is no room, since i am late they allotted the room to someone else. Myself, Wife and Kid didn't get a room what we reserved before a Month. My next flight was in the Morning (I hardly had 6 hours to take some rest before another long travel) Later i am end up with staying in a different hotel. Do not believe these guys.. They are asking why don't you called? Seriously? in the middle of nowhere how will you call? Don't they even have sense? It was a terrible experience.

I am a Canadian who had booked in for a 10 day stay at this hotel. It was a terrible experience in almost every aspect. The hotel staff had a very unfriendly approach. They were very rude to my visitors. The toilets are not maintained well, the flush was not working, had to be repaired. Towards the last couple of days the TV itself was not working. The worst was, WiFi was not available the last couple of days of my stay. Courtesy is an unknown concept for the staff.When my dad had called the hotel from Canada, the explanation provided was that "this hotel is meant for transit passengers and not meant for longer stays"

Ok for one night on your own. Friendly staff but rooms can be better.

No toilet paper, one towel for 2 people, rattling air conditioning, probably the noisiest in the world.

My Stay was brief, but the proximity to the Airport & to the Radissons was good & I had no regrets staying her.

Ideal if you want to stay close to the airport . Nice staff and small but effecient rooms .however nothing much to write about on locality. I happened to stay when the mrt work was being carried out hence it was dust plus noise . However would rate it good for proximity to airport and access to city.

People around my room in neighbouring rooms were drinking liquor out in the open gallery. The manager was lousy and didn't paid any heed to requests made. Pathetic cleanliness and the toilets gave a stench.AC didn't work properly and was very noisy.
