This property is located just 1 building away from where I was raised and I was glad to be in my old neighborhood once again. There are plenty of restaurants to eqt at and numerous stores to shop at within walking distance. I will definitely stay there again and do positively recommend it.

Breakfast was great. The room was disappointing. Bed was too soft. Construction on the floor. Air conditioning fan blowing air fairly hard.

The room was not even close to what they had advertised. There was no washer and dryer and there was no kitchen. The breakfast and location were good.

Stayed for 4 weeks Like most reviews, yes the location is fantastic. But the place needs a lick of paint and mould removal spray. FOH and F&B staff very attentive. Mayuri a legend 🙌 "Encyclopaedia of Bandra". Shankar another fantastic 👏 personality. The guys at breakfast very articulate, jovial and customer focused. Well laid out breaky, serves ample for both local and foreign clients. Gratitude to chef's.. Gym setup - from my experience just right for the place, but nobody services or cleans the place. It took repeated shout out to get some towel and water and rubbish removal. Drawback house keeping - I don't know if the place has a house keeping Manager. The person has to wake up and do some rounds to see what is going on. I would stay at the place when i come back to bombay just for the service and location. Recommended

The property is in an excellent location. Breakfast was excellent but was not happy with the bathroom and toilet, needs an upgrade and a through clean. Otherwise no issues with my stay

Conveniently located in the heart of Bandra, Mumbai.....serves an excellent breakfast (included) each morning)....staff and service in general is outstanding....I have stayed here 2 years in a row and never disappointed ....rooms are spacious

This hotel is in the close to Linking Road, Hill Road, lots of restaurants. Traveling is also very easy as there are plenty of auto-rickshaws around. Area is enclosed and very safe.

Convenient location to all important stuff in Bandra

The bathrooms and the bath towels weren’t clean . There was mold in the shower . The towels were yellow .

Excellent Location, Excellent Ambience, Excellent Buffet Breakfast and Food Service, Good Reception, Excellent Decor, Could improve with lift servicing and quality of towels...in general, found the property excellent value for money and could not fault the food...it was delicious.

I stayed 7 nights, half of those nights i was seriously disturbed by the family next door The walls are so thin i could hear every word, cough, sneeze, movement, doors slamming constantly, and we are talking 1am and 2 am in the morning and not just when they were inconsiderately noisy but when they were being quieter too. Very, very thin walls. Staff did respond by ringing them to be quiet them but it made no difference, thin walls! I asked to move rooms and got no response from mgmt. Otherwise hotel wad ok, breakfast was average, staff genuinely nice esp the doorman during the day. He was lovely. Was perfect location for me.

Nice and cosy hotel in Bandra West. Recommended to business travelers.

Location is great, however, the lack of rival hotels in the area has made the management complacent. Don’t expect the room to look as plush as the photos -it’s well overdue a refresh. The standard of finish is no where near an international brand hotel; which is available for the same price in BKC area a short distance away. On that basis, I regret my choice.What made my experience most disappointing was that the wifi did not work at all. Despite the fact that the wifi is already secured by a WPA password, you are still diverted to a landing page (in order to limit you to 2 devices) the management claim it’s for security -which is utter crap! Anyway, the landing page had a problem from the moment I checked in and could not authenticate any of my devices. I asked 36 hours later after many complaints, the management persisted in trial and error troubleshooting on my PC and nothing worked. I felt thoroughly annoyed because this abused several hours of my time. I repeatedly asked them to either switch off the faulty authentication s/w and give me direct access; or otherwise allow me to check out 1 night early and refund me for my final night stay. They didn’t acede to either request, Nor was I compensated. My negative review of this hotel is very reasonable based on my experience and since travel all the time throughout the globe (and have spent 3 years living in India) my expectations are realistic. I would honestly avoid this hotel, unless it undergoes a refit.

I had an enjoyable stay. Hotel had all amenities and facilities. Toiletries, Coffee / Tea making, Fridge, Air Cons, daily housekeeping, etc

The gym a tiny room in the basement, accessible through a room seemingly under construction, which was annoying. Everything else was the barest level of passable
