The beds were a bit hit hard. The hot tub was great but I don’t ever think I have seen a hotel pool so small. It says occupancy 17 but I guess that it is standing still. Now to the best part of the stay. The breakfast was good but Mary who was taking care of things was excellent!! Now only was she hustling to make sure everything clean and stocked. She then went around asking if anyone needed anything or taking their trash. She single handily took a ok stay and made it amazing:)

This was a nice hotel. The pool was a little cold (and small) for my kid. The water in the shower kept turning cold unexpectedly. But other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Check in was quick and simple. I booked online. Our room was very clean and updated. Very nice lobby area. Front desk personnel was attentive and very pleasant. This is the second Marriott I’ve stayed in. I think I’m hooked!

This was a clean and comfortable environment. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were absolutely incredible! My favorite what the lady in the breakfast area. She was singing and so joyful it was contagious!

When we first got to our room which was by the elevator I had figure I would be hearing it ding all night but I never heard the it from ourroom. the room was very clean, and the staff was amazing especially the front desk and breakfast room staff. I also liked that they had fresh coffee made all the time. This will be my go-to hotel for the Rockford area in the future.

Older property with tiny rooms. We both woke with backaches because of the uncomfortable bed.
Plus the hot tub is out of commission until further notice. It was the only reason we booked there to begin with!
