I picked this hotel even as it was a bit more expensive than some others because it had a pool. When I arrived, the front desk said that the pool was closed for maintenance. I get that this happens. But I was also told that the mechanic was on the way, the needed repair was easy, and it would open in a little while. Well, it never opened and no one seemed to be working to get a fixed. A relatively small but real frustration--and no swim.

It said balcony. They put me on first floor and it had no balcony.

The breakfast was too expensive so we didn't buy it there.

We were VERY disappointed that nobody came to empty the trash and give us clean towels. Even if bedding is changed only every two days, guests still need to have the small trash cans emptied. So many people eat in their rooms now that it quickly becomes full and messy and smelly. We had to ask for someone to come and do this for us.
