Nothing much was too tired to look for another place.

Dirty, muggy, heavy curry scent all day every day after checking in reported to night manager the mold stain. He said talk to manager in morning. He tried to accuse me of making the spot very rude. Luckily the cleaning lady was right there to confirm spot had already been there for awhile.

It was convenient.

The room stunk.

The staff, the room very clean and comfortable!

Very dirty place, no breakfast and poorly dresses staff, I felt cheated, the online description of the place says is a Hotel but it is not true is a Motel

Breakfast was stale and hard. The room had a large hole in the wall. The other room had a door with no working lock,

That I had a bed to sleep.

Checking in took longer than usual. I had a pet which then limited room options. Which is understandable but the bathroom ceiling was falling in. I didnt even attempt the shower cause it was that bad. Rooms dont have tv remotes so had to use buttons on back of TV. And to top it off I woke up with 5 bug bites on me so I'm guessing BED BUGs!!

The 2nd day we didn't get breakfast We couldn't get extra towels and it was 5 of us

The room was clean. And the bed was comfortable.

No ID was asked to check in. The key card didn't work. The clerk knew it wouldn't work and gave it to me anyway. When we went to check into our room housekeeping let us in. We tried to call downstairs to let him know the card didn't work. But the phone didn't work either. My husband went downstairs and had to wait 15 min before anyone came to the desk. He told him our key didn't work. The clerk informed us that most of the keys don't work. So we couldn't get another room. We couldn't get a refund. He would have to let us back into our room any time we left. We told him no we are not teenagers we paid for a room to be adults and come and go as we need to. So he gave us a master key. Yes that fixed the problem with not being able to get into our room. But how do we know other guests didn't also have a master card and could get into our rooms. It made me feel very unsafe. The air was on full blast (in winter) and there were no knobs to adjust it. So we had to call and get him to come in with plyers to adjust it. Overall we felt unsafe and made it hard to sleep. We were in town for a funeral and didn't have funds to go anywhere else, or we would have. We had just driven 10 hours and just wanted to sleep and get ready to see our family. Just because it was a cheaper hotel doesn't mean I didn't work hard for my money or should be treated like I should be grateful I wasn't sleeping in my car. And the SUPER breakfast stale donuts and cereal.
