That its nice and clean

Unfortunately, I never had breakfast at the hotel to be able to share my experience.

The clerk that first assisted us was rude and really did not want to book a reservation and said it would cost us over 900. I told her I have a reservation on my phone from book it for just 600. Lucky thing at the time I already had made a reservation in book.com. All I had to do was submit the transaction. This is what I did as I was speaking with her because of the crazy high price she gave me. So I booked it right away asked if she could see it in the system and she said it takes time. She was not happy at all said the rooms where not even ready until 3pm. I said that's fine because it was early in the morning. So I left and called to confirm if I can come in a little later. The same clerk rude as hell said I already spoke with you and I told you we have nothing ready for you until 3pm. It really did not matter because I ended up checking in around 5pm and I checked out a 5am the day I left. The hotel and amenities are great. You just need better staffing. It was an older lady who assisted me. I don't remember her name right now. I do however remember she had a piercing somewhere in her face. I'm sure you can track her down based on my reservation. Hope this helps and that there are improvements on staff training for my next stay. Thank you Crystal

Couldn’t see outside of hotel from our room

Our room was very large.

Lots of travel baseball teams there and kids were unsupervised. Very loud at night.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very nice

The room was very comfortable and the staff was top notch

The restaurant was not open when we were booking we searched for a hotel that had a restaurant on site that was open ----so they need to update their site

The sleep number bed was a nice surprise. The design of the room was fairly modern and neat looking. Very nice shower and bathroom.

The room was slightly dirty. There were some "mystery stains" on the side of the coffee table in front of the couch. Also, the hot tub being "closed for maintenance until June 13th" was very disappointing, as that is the exact reason I chose this location and paid more money than i would have at other hotels in the area. It should have been advertised as such on the website.
