Asked for adjoining rooms a month ago when I booked but when we got there, the manager stated that he assigned rooms the day before and because my wife and I had a different last name than my daughter with our grand daughter, he could not give us adjoining rooms. The hotel was full! She needs help with our grand daughter and we were not able to assist being on the 2nd floor and her on the 4th floor. Still don't understand why the manager could not make happen with the booking a month ago. He was rude!!
Secondly, at 6:00 AM in the morning, the fire alarm in every room went off. The front desk stated that an alarm went bad and set off all of them throughout the hotel. The hotel could have been a little apologetic but nothing from the front desk when checking out!
Will not go back to that hotel!!

Couldn’t get the tv to any channel other than ABC.

Room was clean but the sink drained very slow. Also the toilet tank had tube that sprayed water on the floor instead of inside the toilet rim. We liked the breakfast.

The breakfast was not so good , the sausage looked gray and not cooked,the oatmeal ran out… they brought out pot with water and oatmeal not cooked, lots food ran out before 900 and unfortunately I had to leave,condiments also ran out, need @ least 2employees to handle crowd , on the weekend , was lots of kids and people, no clean trays, Barb the shuttle driver was excellent

I forgot to tell the front desk that the bathroom door in rm 210 sticks & does not close all the way. Needs to be fixed.

Quiet location is a plus. Site is clean, including the complementary breakfast area. Definitely appreciated the availability of wheelchairs. Only negatives were the heavy room doors that cannot be propped open. I know it's a safety issue, but they were very difficult to manage when transporting a person with a wheelchair. Television guide doesn't list shows that are on and remote is confusing.

Room was spacious! We were a family of 6 and we had plenty of room. Elevator buttons in lobby not working the greatest so that was a little inconvenient. Pool was nice and staff was friendly

HVAC was loud and difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. We had no shampoo and the front desk said they would send someone up. They never came. A little outdated. We went down to breakfast an hour before close and they were out of several items, including syrup for the waffles. I would try someplace else next time.

Clean, good hot breakfast, helpful staff. It is not centrally located, but highway access is convenient. It worked well for the location of our event. They were having computer issues causing some a delay at check in. The staff remained calm and friendly and the situation was managed quickly.

Very enjoyable experience and will stay here again on next visit. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, room was nice and clean, and location was convenient for navigation around the city.

I was impressed at friendliness. I think the airconditioning needed some finetuning. The guests helped me with the waffle machine. I am glad they explained the damage deposit of $10.00 but I thought I paid everything on expedia. I am elderly and so is my husband. We felt sorry for them and gave a nice tip to the maid. We will be promised to get our damage deposit back. I m sure they have to charge even though we have no kids pets or whatever. Thank you for the nice place afer a visit with relatives.
