Good hotel and services close to the airport

Overnight stay. Beds were comfortably. Room decent. Little bit of a musty smell. But overall good. Close to the airport.

We were there for only one night so it was good for one night

The room was advertised as a king bed with a pull out double bed and could sleep 4. What the room really was, a queen bed with a twin size pull out. It slept 3 at best maybe 2 SMALL children could share the couch bed. We had to go out and buy an air mattress for one child. The breakfast was disorganized and the staff couldn’t keep up with the needs of the guests. Many features of this hotel are just ok, not the cleanest, not friendly, no real customer service.

Hotel was nice and clean. There were a few things that needed to be repaired. Nothing major. The location by the airport was great. The room was very quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The stuff was great very hospitable, but the continental breakfast was crappy we actually had to go outside to get our breakfast everyday.
We did like the fact that the hotel is across the street from the airport which was very convenient for us. We will definitely stay at a Fairfield hotel again after this experience.

The airport shuttle was terrible, the van was so high it was very difficult to get in. Needed to have a stool for help getting in and out.

Good hotel and nice staff. Hotel has dated furnishings and our hotel room was sprayed with tons of room refreshers so it reeked of it to the point I had a headache. But could be a one off thing. Other than that, it was lovely.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, hot breakfast was very good with make your own waffles, the only comment I have is the bathroom not having a fan and shower floor was cracked and looked old, other than that, everything was perfect

They sold my room before I got there. About 9:00 pm. Room was paid in full ahead of time. Sent me to a Hampton that was 11 mile and 20 minutes away. They said that they don't have honor third party reservations. Bad choices for both expedia and Fairfield.

I am out of touch apparently for the cost of a night in a hotel. We usually travel in our RV. For $200 per night I would say the room was average at best. It was clean which is my main concern. However the bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the pillows were like rocks. There were also areas where the wallpaper was peeling at the seams. that being said I would stay here again if the opportunity arose. I would bring my own pillows however. The room was advertised as a king but we have a king at home and this was no way a king bed.

Air conditioning in the room was so loud that i couldn't sleep at night. Not a very clean place. Staff was not very helpful. I pais $329 for one night for this place. Not recommended at all.
