the hotel was nice and clean, my room did not have a microwave..they told me I would have to ask for it! I finally got one after one hr of asking for it...the heat was very noisy when it kicked on..the water pressure in the sink was not good...the tub had no plug to use it!! other than that, it was a nice stay

Everything was great. We were in town for one night for a concert and the hotel was close to the venue and everything was great!

The stay was good. However, being a Diamond Hilton Honors member, I was denied privileges during the stay - since my company who did the booking used a 3rd party site. I think you may have to amend the hotel policy a little bit to accommodate Diamond members to be eligible for certain privileges.

The check in was horrible. After I explained that I paid with the 3rd party they told me that I didn't pay and charged my credit card for a stay I had already paid for through the 3rd party. After that mistake they were unapologetic about it. The rooms are outdated. The refrigerator in the room did not work. The water pressure was horrible. Do not stay at this hotel.

The staff made this experience great. The room was excellent except for the bed bothered my husband's back. However, thats a case by case issue. The front desk staff and the staff in the bar/grill were top notch. They were helpful with parking instructions, dining needs, and they were super sweet to my children. I appreciate the tremendous welcome!

The site is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast options and menu were not clear and led to confusion. Also, the evening wait staff's hospitality was mediocre at best. For such a nice facility and foodservice offering, your staff training did not match. Room for improvement.

All good, I would have rated 5 but AC was not working properly, I have reached out to Front desk, no use. No one attended the issue. We slept in hot conditions.

The best part of our stay was the service provided at breakfast by Pamela. She was so pleasant and friendly. Every time we stay is made better by Pamela.

I was shocked that had no sitter service to State Fair grounds. It cost my wife $40. To go to the fairgrounds one way.

I wasn’t impressed with the room because the view was horrible. And the room was beside the elevator so I was kept up until late and was woken up early because of the elevator noise was very loud.

Convenient location. Rooms were super clean and extremely spacious. Checkout at 12 pm was a great bonus! Warm cookies upon check-in were delicious! Both women we spoke to while checking in were very friendly. Will definitely stay again!

I have stayed at this location a few times before, it’s convenient to my needs to be in the area. The front desk staff was not warm or helpful this time, disregarding my Hilton Diamond status and unnecessarily difficult in interactions, including just needing additional water for the room. I’ll definitely reconsider my options when back in the area.
