Close to the airport with a free shuttle to & from the airport. Big room with a big bed.

The bed was old and rutted. It was like sleeping in a hammock, very uncomfortable. It made it very difficult to get any sleep. And, even though I asked for a quiet room on the top floor, they put me in a room below the top floor and, worst of all, close to a busy freeway!! VERY UNSATISFACTORY! Unfortunately I didn’t see the freeway until the next morning, otherwise I would have asked for a different room. The room’s cleanliness was also questionable. I found someone else’s hair in the shower.

Location was great. Secluded from everybody.

Room was a little dirty. Was supposed to get a king bed but received a queen.

The staff was very friendly. This was one of the fastest check-ins I've ever experienced. The room was in the perfect location and I slept great

The staff does an AMAZING job of keeping the hotel spotless, from the public bathrooms to the breakfast bar area to the outside seating. The hotel itself is tastefully furnished and appealing. The outside seating with the gas fire pits was delightful for a post dinner gathering! (A hidden gem)

The sofa bed mattress in Room 208 needs replacing badly. The bar is felt right through the mattress! (A young adult that is not heavy slept on it; “kind of slept”as it was uncomfortable)

The dirty comforter I told 3 people about and nothing was done, the fact employees were not at the front desk but talking and being loud with other customers when I needed assistance. Red spots on the kitchen sink.

Bed was the best comfort ever for me.the cook didn't come in

Bar was closed. We got our own glasses from the bar.
