If you’re looking to save a few bucks and don’t mind dingy towels and dated decor (the bedspread had cigarette burns) then this place isn’t bad. Basically you get what you pay for but that being said. The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, free parking, and the front desk is open 24/7. Sure we could’ve paid 200 a night to stay at a better place but for $90 a night we didn’t mind the less than perfect conditions.

It was a huge parking lot with lots of space around the area and safe & quiet. The room size was good but the construction was poor and the doors of the bathroom was poor. But overall we had a good experience because it wax only foe one night,

The hotel was basically empty, the staff assigned guests on both sides of me instead of spreading them out. I heard doors slamming for 2 hours.
The bathroom vent was disgustingly filthy. It hadn't been cleaned in months.

This is the second time we've stayed here in the past 6 weeks. We come up for concerts at Saratoga Performing Arts Center and this hotel is clean and it provides all the comfort that we need on a budget.

Walk around bear foot inside the room and my feet were black... Also the pool is closed which is why we booked this hotel. First room we got reaked of cigarettes. They did move is immediately to another room but the floor is dirty. The rooms don't get cleaned daily either. Which when I say clean, they change the bedding. That's about it.

We stayed two nights in this place. It is a couple of Miles off of the interstate but still convenient to many things. There is a town just a couple miles from the hotel for Dunkin donuts and coffee and various other things like that. The hotel does not offer any real frills. No breakfast but it was a clean place and it was a comfortable place and it was just like the name says. It was a budget hotel. No frills but it had a refrigerator and a microwave in the bed and a shower and it was clean and quite honestly it was at a great price and that's what we look for. We don't need to stay at a five-star hotel or even a four-star hotel when we're out just traveling and spending a night or two here and there.

The owner was super friendly and answered all of our questions and suggested a place for dinner, Fitzpatrick's, which was delicious and they were having a "trivia night" which was a blast!

Is quite, but a soon that you open the door to go in the room there was a bad smell, i think it was the carpet. Also there was rip of the chair that was there. The blanket was stain on it and the lamp shade was dusty and stain. Also when my husband was outside smoking there was to ladys from different rooms asking him for cigarettes and one ask him if he could buy her some. But she didn't even give him money for it so im assuming that they live in the other room. I have pictures of the room that i stood.

the room was not clean - dust and dirt hanging out of the bathroom vent - yuck! Then the guest next door to us decided to beat on the walls at 11:26 at night - ridiculous. will never stay here again

This was a diamond in the rough. It was extremely clean inside and out and the staff was very friendly. We went for the Balloon Festival and this was close to the airport as well as close to a great deal of restaurants.

Garbage was the big thing , with COVID 19 I respect that the cleaning staff shouldn’t have to make beds but with one small waste basket over a 4 day period doesn’t make sense

For a last minute booking and a decent price I was nervous to see the room. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. If I was ever in the area again, I would have no problem staying there again.

Great option for Saratoga/Glens Falls/Lake George area. Easy to find motel style inn, very clean and comfortable, spacious main room, small bathroom but well kept up and everything worked. Fridge and microwave a nice addition. No coffee maker in the room, though. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was good not exceptional but the young person at the office was excellent. However, in the room was a gift bag of light snacks, which was a nice touch and appreciated.

The Motel was a bit run down and the room was dirty. There were visible hairs in between the fitted sheet and top sheet and in the shower drain. There were also dirty fingerprints on most high-touch surfaces.
