Excellent

Great hotel just a short walk from Petronas towers and the nearest MRT station. Room was great for the price we paid. Lots of space and a big bathroom. The pool at the hotel was fantastic and breakfast was really good.

The breakfast buffet is always the best.

The staff really make this hotel great! All the staff are wonderful including the conigrees (who arranged taxis, tours, luggage collection and delivery to the rooms), the door staff, receptionists, cleaners, waitress and waiters. They are amazing as they are all polite, friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are nice and spacious but they do need a deep clean in corners and around the edges of the room and there were a few stains on the carpet. The corridors and room doors could do with a newer coat of paint but overall good choice of hotel. I would stay at this hotel again just for the staff and the food is also excellent plentiful with lots of choices for breakfast. The main reception, restaurants and pool give a 5 star feel but rooms are more 4 star.

Definitely NOT a 5* hotel. The public areas are classy and well presented. However the bedroom we initially had was dated and tired. Also the shower didn’t work properly and a bedside lamp was clearly dangerous with the inline switch missing and replaced with some loosely fitting insulation tape. It took two asks to get the shower working and I eventually had to take the lamp down to reception . Clearly guest safety is not a priority here. In the bathroom seals were brown as was grout around the bath After two nights we went out on our third day coming back to find the toilet deposited with waste that came from another room. Flushing it didn’t make it go away. We went out for the evening and they assured us it would be fixed while we were out. We got back at 11pm to find that it had not been attended to. The reluctantly placed us in a much better room after. However we had already had two nights out of the four in a wholly substandard room. The breakfast buffet was intensive but much often cold. This all placed a complete taint on our 4 days in Kuala Lumpur. I could not recommend this hotel.

In its time this must have been a beautiful hotel. Now it is in need of some TLC (tender loving care). The bedroom and bathroom were both very large and bright, carpet looked very thin and was stained in parts, but slippers are provided. Air con was only good on main reception & restaurant floor. The hotel was looking a little tired and in need of some tlc, but staff were very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast varied and plentiful.

The hotel is on a good location, within walking distance to most places, for example it is very close to the Pavilion shopping mall. The hotel breakfast is amazing. But the hotel is kind of old. However it was still quite clean. And the staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel and very friendly and service minded staff. The breakfast is amazing and won an award last year. Nice big rooms. The rooms are a bit aged and could use a facelift to make it a 5* experience.

Great hotel, opposite Conlay station so easy to get around KL. Room was large with large bathroom. Breakfast was a very extensive buffet. All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Got there late on our first date so had a meal and a few beers in their club room which was reasonably priced and very tasty. Definitely recommend!

A traditional style hotel, with large rooms and big beds just by Bukit Bintang and close to KLCC and KL Tower.

Staff at entrance and restaurant very friendly and helpful! Check in a bit slow and request for extra bed was a confusing process even 3rd time staying here within 3 week time period.

Seems to have gone downhill over the last few years, we have stayed here on two prevìous occassions and can really see this Staff are excellent but facility is tired and need of repairs. Contruction next door and traffic noise is not pleasant. Linen and towels old and thin.

This hotel is all about money not on providing a good service. they charged me 100 MYR for a early check-in also could not find my second booking all this at the check-in and the mosquitos. hundreds in the rooms wont be going back there

Just an average 5star hotel filled with mosquitos and cost cutting measures like cleaning payments are taken before you stay what happens after that is your luck had no wifi for a day staff shifting the blame

The room was spacious, bed comfortable, big bathroom with rain shower and a handheld sprayer with small kitchenette. Had a rental car and parked for free under hotel. Breakfast buffet international and tasty. Stayed here also b/c short walk to Petronas towers (definitely worth buying tickets to go up on elevator, good senior citizen discount) and incredible shopping center with great variety of restaurants. It was mostly high end stores yet fun to browse. Staff extremely helpful and word of caution, if you arrive by car… go to B2 level of basement. It’s not clearly marked….I told the management it would be helpful for guests.

Very old hotel, not maintained well. The property should be upgraded as it has v bad rooms, uncomfortable beds and restrpoms. Please donot stay here as there are way many better hotels in Kuala Lumpur.

No toothbrush, no bottle drinks. No coffee/ tea. They forget to arrange all this during cleaning. Toilet not clean..
