The service at this property was impeccable. Any issues were addressed immediately and above expectation. The management went to great lengths to create a wonderful stay.

My wife and I stayed at Kimberly for a high school reunion but families with children will enjoy the hotel. It has a small water park with mini slides, animals to feed, donkey rides and lots of open areas to roam around.

The room for four ( 2 queen beds) was spacious, clean, comfortable; sheets were crisp and white.
Only feedback is to provide a soapdish in the bathroom sink.
Breakfast was ok : maja blanca and waffle, but viands were so-so, fruits limited.

Fun time with the kids. We were stuck in the hotel due to bad weather but the activities in the hotel did not disappoint. Great staff and great service. Would definitely recommend.

The "upgraded" room had a shabby bathroom with mold growing on the walls of the shower, a very small sink and plumbing in the bath and sink that was partially plugged and drained slowly (even after two repair attempts). The safe did not work and had to be replaced/repaired. The water in the shower never really got hot, just luke warm. Our entry keys were cancelled halfway during our stay. We requested hand towels three times since there were none in the room, and got bath towels every time.

It is a very good place for family especially with kids. They offer alot of fun activities such as feeding the animals in the farm, horse back riding, bonfire with unlimited marshmallows, movie night and a kiddie pool that my son enjoyed so much! Will definitely go back.

My friend recommended this hotel, knowing that we were bringing our kids aged 10 & 11. As soon as we got into the hotel, we got a warm welcome from all the staff. The hotel lobby was warm and inviting. I immediately asked the hotel staff when the hotel opened and why it wasn't advertising as much before. Families with kids will surely appreciate the activities as well as the wide space where kids can commune with nature. Everybody from the guard to the hotel receptionists to the lifeguard were all friendly and accommodating.

3 days and 2 nights is not enough to cover all the amenities the hotel has to offer. You better book for a 8 days 7 nights if you want to maximize your stay. The food requires a lot of improvement but the hotel staffs are very accommodating. I must admit that my stay with my family is very relaxing. I will surely recommend for everyone.

Facilities are aged. Hotel manager at front desk charged us for so many extras and allegedly lost towels which they did not even provide in the first place! Wow.

It is a nice hotel tucked away from the busy main street of Tagaytay. The room & bathroom were clean, staff helpful. Great place to stay if you want to be away ftom the hustle & bustle of Tagaytay but easily accessible to all of it. All just a short drive.

We actually reserved this for our son who's spending almost a month of his international rotation in Lucena City, Quezon and bonding with my family in Lucena. They were so satisfied with the hotel...the free breakfast was unlimited, so the kids especially, were happy with their breakfast...the palyground was not only for kids but big kids as well. It was just a night but they were able to spend it with so much fun just in the hotel before heading to other activities in Tagaytay...it's a 5!
