My husband’s knee gave out and had to go to an orthopedic emergency room. We could not get through airport to fly to Atlanta. We canceled an entire trip to Europe. Being a long time customer off yours, is there any way of a credit back to us. My cell phone is 404-247-9483. Thx

Expensive hotel but still without proper breakfast option. Parking is very expensive.

I got one of the suites and it was very spacious, clean, and luxury! I got the room for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had a great time. The only thing I was upset about is the pictures for the suites can be alittle misleading. I book the suite because I thought it would have a jacuzzi tub in it but it did not. 😔but other then that we enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was beautiful, the parking was easy and the staff was friendly.

Stayed for one night,very practical as it is close to airport.
The smell in the hotel was not great, a little musky, and the room must have been close to the kitchen as we stared smelling breakfast around 4am.
This hotel needs a little bit more TLC.

The hotel does not offer a shuttle as advertised and the food was very expensive and extremely poor quality. Wifi is not free either.
Overall a poor stay but the manager was keen to try and refund us for the food/Wifi and got us a taxi to the airport when we complained

Hotel is convenient to the airport tram but the hotel is older and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Best part of the stay with the champions restaurant. Food was delicious.

My niece and I had our flight delayed due to weather and it was very convenient to get to the Marriott Gateway from the Atlanta airport! The hotel room was very clean and the restaurant at the hotel was nice.

When our flight was cancelled last minute, this property offered us an early and easy check-in, and beautiful amenities to deal with an otherwise bummer situation. It was much easier to deal with flight delays when lounging poolside! Add to that how incredibly easy it was to get back to the airport the next day for our flight, and this was the luckiest hotel reservation I ever made.

Our server, Thomas, at the restaurant was very nice and provided great service. The airport was extremely easy to get to. Everyone was welcoming and the room was comfortable.

I found the Marriott Gateway at Atlanta conference centre very accessible place to downtown Atlanta to the Atlanta Jackson Marriott airport and also the ambiance and surrounding was absolutely great. The dining was excellent as I enjoyed my food and I look forward to visiting the next time
