This is where I always stay on the way home from work as a FIFO worker. Always great prices and the beds are super comfortable

We are okay to share a bathroom but it was so dirty that we couldn’t wait to leave. The sofa felt greasy and the bed wasn’t so comfy

The room too small and not even have somewhere to hang cloths. No bathroom ceiling fan that make unbreathable while shower. Never come back

The property provided what we needed under the circumstances of a late night arrival and close to the airport.

Advertised room for eight people only 7 seven beds, not enough glasses or mugs for 8 people to have a drink. We had to take it in turns at breakfast and dinner to have a glass to drink with.There wasn’t even enough forks or plates to enjoy a family dinner together. Eating a steak cooked in the bbq available is very tricky with a spoon. Other wise facilities of the room were adequately reasonable. Although I would say that the floor needs a good scrub and mop not just a brush.

Walls are thin, you can hear when people in the other rooms open and close their doors (all night) when they are talking, using the shower, toilet etc. Parking was limited if you have a vehicle.
Cheap, everything you need in the room apart from laundry facilities.
Nice pool area and bbq area.

The staff were friendly enough. The promo photos must have been taken in a different room! Looks good online but a disappointment in reality.
Ours was tiny, the bathroom was dated & stained with a rusty toiletries holder. The basin tap was attached properly and wobbled. We got very little sleep due to hearing every slight noise made (including the guests on the floor above using their bathroom - there are some things one just doesn’t want to hear!)

Budget accommodation with basic services . Friendly staff at checkin. Clean, comfortable bed. Very limited car parking - 12 parking spots counted when signage suggests 75 rooms. Ample free street parking is available but not always near the hotel entrance. There are many options for shopping, restaurants etc within walking distance. Well suited to those travelling by car.

It was old and needs updating. General maintenance badly needed. Security locks broen, sink drips constantly, needs towel bars, doors need fixing, shower curtain needs weights to not blow into person showering, bed was very used.

The property was very ‘grey’ looking. One had to open the front door. On entry, there was a gloomy reception area. … grubby around the edges. We were told we had to share the bathroom... At 75 years old! I don't think so. Stairs. OMG! Anyway, the Receptionist was in my corner... She helped me contact another Hotel. Thank the Lord.

Wifi did not working the entire time. Receptionist knew about the problem but could not fix it. I think they clean 1/week, can get pretty dirty in the communal washkng facilities.

No good internet. Had people staying tell me to go to other complex behind unit to receive internet which worked. It should be very accessible in each room. Could not turn cold air down. Fridge okay. Shared bath and shower new to me but should keep cleaning supplies inside so can use before and or after uses. No hot water in bathroom. Manager was helpful to a point

Property is a bit dated. Mouldy. Gutter was bent and water ran onto concrete all night. Not for a good sleep.

Hotel is in serious need of repair. All fixtures falling apart. Sheets were stained when we arrived. Rooms are dingy and place was noisy overnight. Not a great part of town either. Needs a lot of money spent on it. If you can spare $20 more youll get a lot better accomodation elsewhere

Over 30 yrs living in outer area of cairns, and staying on numerous occasions over the years this is the worst accommodation stay ever. I checked out straight away.

Bed's were comfy enough but mine was under a cupboard with a towel rack hanging from the bottom and if not careful sitting up in bed I could do some head damage. This also made it too hard to sit in bed watching tv. You needed an extension cord to plug in the kettle and you couldn't even fit the kettle in the bathroom sink. The light switch in bathroom is barely hanging in there. You could just about have a shower while sitting on the toilet . I've stayed in a lot of cheap motel rooms before but nothing like this one.

I like the property because of the garden and it’s quiet and nice.
What o don’t like is,
The room is too small and the shower is not good and also not enough power points on the room. House keeping are too loud in the morning disturbing my beauty sleep.
